Maybe the heart itself has a will of its own ! Like Imu flamesI've always wondered how Gunko could lose the upper half of her body and still regenerate... turns out they might be moving their hearts around like Trebol does with his body to avoid death. Or perhaps the heart is very durable and needs to be specially attacked with conqueror's haki to be destroyed. Anyways, this is huge.
Edit: thought we're past gear five minutes![]()
Guess it's about hitting the heart with advanced CoC. Didn't Loki go full throttle at Harold's heart as well?I've always wondered how Gunko could lose the upper half of her body and still regenerate... turns out they might be moving their hearts around like Trebol does with his body to avoid death. That could be the case, and if so, a Haki greater than the one (omen) it contains might be required to destroy it. What is certain though is that they received it from Imu.Maybe the heart itself has a will of its own ! Like Imu flames

Yeah, and it seems Harold also assisted by not defending with COC.Guess it's about hitting the heart with advanced CoC. Didn't Loki go full throttle at Harold's heart as well?

I'd say that's pretty much it. When zoro fought kaido he simply focuses all of his power into his blades and unknowingly unleashed his conqueror haki and dealt kaido a deep wound. The same repeated against king. Zoro is basically mindlessly focusing power into his blades like an asshole. Odds are that from his perspective king of hell techniques are the ones where he maximizes his haki output. So, just when Luffy's fight takes a break, Zoro and Sanji get their fights. That said, Sanji is most likely finishing his fight before Zoro does, as per tradition.
For those asking why, peeps, I dont know how to tell you, but artificial fight lenghteners is how Oda controls fight timelines. He's not changing after decades in the game.
I do think Oda could have kept the fight going and then transition to the other two and show what happened, but he doesnt like going back in time narratively.
Regarding Zoro... If he's wondering about how to use Conq in an attack... Does Zoro not yet realize he used it with Asura? What does he think he's doing when he's using King of Hell? Guys, the common interpretation was that King of Hell infused Armament and Conq into it because of the lightning. Is that not what's going on? Or is Zoro accidentally about to create an even more focused variant King of Hell.
Because I get it. If Oda's saying King of Hell is Conq wildly/messily applied because Zoro doesn't know what he's doing, then I see the logic in saying that a focused application of Conq would give different results.
That I can agree on. Since Whitebeard Pirats and Roger Pirats once fought nonstop for few days or it even happen that Ace fought Jimbe for several days things like that may happen to Luffy too. And if that happen he WON'T be always able to take few breaks to "let his haki recharge", eat something or just regenerate some energy. So yeah, he needs better control because now it feels like he quickly burn through all his energy every time he use G5. Even when he doesn't do much. He need to learn how to "keep it in" when it comes to haki because I can bet most of his haki just leaks out of him when he fight in his "free form" and that's why he gets tired soo fast. That's why I hope Luffy and co will stay a little bit longer in Elbaf after all of this will end. You know, for quick training arc before they go to Loadstar (or whatever next island we visit before Laugh Tale is called).luffy definitly needs a dedicated training in energy control.
