Help One Piece Data Book Help

I'm going to translate the Red and Blue OP data books and the Yellow one too (once I buy it...) But since there aren't any other translations of them online, I don't want to give people false information, so please help me out!

I guess I just want some feedback because I can translate everything and all, but it could be a lot better. I want to stay as true to the original Japanese as possible so there isn't any confusion of the meaning, but I don't want the English to be confusing or awkward either...

And if there are any One Piece fans, etc. that don't exactly know Japanese but can help with OP information, I'd really appreciate it...

Well anyways, I only have the table of contents of the Red Book so far, but there's a lot of stuff on it...

This is hard to phrase right...

And does anyone know what to do with the words inside the 「」's? I don't know if I should bold, italicize, underline, or put quotation marks around the words...
