It's not a bad thing if Kizaru gets beat really bad!
I don't think that would make him a lesser person since he went against the "Dark King" nor will it take his title of Base Admiral. It might be a chance to promote more Marines to the Admiral Rank. I remember Smoker Saying that working for an organization like the Marines limits his freedom, the only thing he should do now is get higher in rank to get more and more freedom and pursuit SH. Also we all know how the marines hide facts that make them look weak!

Yes, yes it is a really bad thing if Kizaru gets beaten really bad. What it means that the Marine's greatest single force has just been taken out by someone who isn't Yonkou level. Which means the Marine HQ would get wiped out against even one Yonkou.

It would be even worse if any of these Admirals were replaced. Why? Imagine if a Yonkou was replaced. But worse.

Why is it so hard to imagine that Ray is stronger than the Yonkou, this man has been labeled a legend and we know for a fact that Shanks (a Yonkou) still talks and respects Ray enough to keep him well informed about his current adventurers. This man conquered the grandline there is no need for him to remain apart of the pirate world, doesn't necessarily mean he isn't stronger, for all we know perhaps he could take down the Yonkou's even faster than (he may) take down Kizaru............

earlier i thought that if SW could beat 1 PX. so could Law and kidd combined.

I don't think so.

Luffy, in peak condition, with the right motives (ie saving a nakama), would have a decent chance I think.

He would have NO chance against logia characters..

Kuma moves at the speed of light, and he can paw paw his injuries out of his body, transfer them to another body etc.

Yea, he has a damn good chance against Logia's, maybe not with a clear advantage, but he has enough speed and defense, that he could outrun his opponent until he figured out a weakness.

Plus, lasers. For all we know, Lasers do hit Logia's just fine.

think about it again. Luffy already beat 2 logias* while he had no chance in fighting a copy of Kuma, that doesn't have the shockwave/teleportation ability.
someday (if OP goes on *shock*) Luffy will be strong enough for both, but right at the moment I think that even if he had the absolute will to win he couldn't. imo it would require an enormous outburst from Luffy we have never seen in the series, though it was hinted at in his fights against Arlong, Croc and Lucci. a progression big enough to win against said characters is nowhere near (like, let's say 100 shadows).
furthermore IF he gets such an upgrade next time it should better be a permanent one eith little to no sideeffects like dieing early or getting small.

* admittedly he actively exploited a weakness of one and was the weakness of the other himself, that said I don't believe he will ever be able to defeat a Logia if he doesn't either use those weaknesses or whatever Ray used be it seastone or haki.

But think about how much power Kuma may have, if he can drain someone's pain and fatigue, why not all their strength? I mean if Kuma got his hands on you, you're fucked, and this would be especially band considering Luffy is a close combat fighter

But the way I see it Kuma would have to push all your power out of you to another person so it would be pretty useless because the othe person gets your power plus base power...

Unless of course Kuma can move someone else's power into his own body?

I really hope that Kuma joins the SH, it's far fetched I know but not impossible, I mean he has some sort of relationship with Dragon and has already commented on how impressive the crew is, but I found another plot hole,.......Zoro remained standing after taking the damage and Kuma was talking on TB ust after, I guess he watched take the damage and then leave which is a bit silly considering he could have known whether he lived of not really quickly ahahaha

Kuma's power is imbalanced.

I'm pretty sure there are limits..or else fighting a teleporter would be insane, not to mention he has the power to teleport other people, or drain your strength away.

Who knows, maybe though he can teleport he moves at slow speeds? I mean Clueno basically had the ability to teleport in the form of his doors but he couldn't overcome Luffy's speed, maybe that is the only way to beat him

NO way is Kuma joining the SHs. His power is so far beyond the entire SH crew. Not only that but forget traveling they could just teleport to Raftel(exactly why has no one done this before?). Besides he's already Sichi, so thats not very likely.

I don't think Kuma has the ability to teleport some1. I believe Zoro is there, but not visible for our eyes. He could create somehow by air a hull around zoro, so that sun light wouldn't fall on him. Without light falling on things, we aren't able to see things. I know its far-fetched, but I dont like the teleport idea. It makes him to poewrful.

If it was teleport, I think Kuma could teleport ppl only on places where he himself was before, so Raftet is not possible.

And Kuma joining right before a war is very unlikely.

I think it is fairly safe to assume that Kuma can teleport people. Otherwise, what did he do to Perona? She vanished like Zoro did, and Perona was not made invisible; she clearly ended up somewhere else, which would suggest Kuma can teleport people. The teleportation idea also would explain how Kuma can transport himself so quickly and without notice.

I don't understand this discussion. Kuma power was already explained.
We know what is Kuma power: he can make things he touch, being solid, intangible (like fire) or himself move at speed of light.

We saw he doing the same with Perona, and a Rock (in front of Luffy as far I remember). He made both move at speed of light to somewhere far way.

Him sending the Rock flying and him making Perona and Zorro vanish are two completely different things. The Rock actually flew away. Zorro and Perona just disappeared.
Many people have the theory that his bible has its own devilfruit. It makes a lot of sense since in the fight with the Sh´s on TB he was only teleporting twice. here and here. in the first he definately holds the bible in the sec. its hard to tell...
When he asks Perona where she wants to go he also holds the bible into this cross on his chest just as he does with zorro now. many signs that the bible plays a role for his teleporting ability!

I would speculate that he can only send someone to a place that person has already been too and he should only be able to go to places he has seen before.

But anyways, Kuma can (using his paws) move the air out of the way at lightspeed. Which gives the idea of instant teleportation, which he uses on himself to go to far away places .This is applied to when he touchs people who are then moved at lightspeed to whereever he wants them to go. Example is seen here and in the most recent chapter. Both of which show his paws touching the places where the person use to be.

Could we get some sort of giant post at the beginning of each thread that explains Kuma's powers for every chapter that he's in? I've answered this same question 3-4 times now. And I'm sure it was asked 15+ times when Kuma was first introduced.
