Well, he is in the same proportion with Kuma that when they where seen in the first time. So I think it is correct.

I think Doflamingo just as tall as his (former ) subordinate Bellamy . The size of his first appearance amplified by viewing angle I suppose (from lower point I guess). Their last appearance at the feast at Marie Joa prove that even Kuma & Moria is a bit gigantic

Bellamy's size was normal. He was tall but that's it.

But Doflamingo is as it is visible on that dinner table a lot bigger than average person.

i think the biggest character ever is moria in shadow asgard mode, he might have been nigger then oz. also luffy in nightmare more was pretty gigantic almost at the size of kume

in those pics all the regular sized people are on the same size but oz is standing and moria is standing on both his arms and legs so he is not at his maximum height.

so there you have it. biggest char as of yet is moria in shadow asgard mode

also i dont think that john giant is the top VA. i seriously doubt that role even exists. yeah he commanded other VA's but that proves nothing i can see aokiji commands kizaru what to do simply due to the fact that he is too lazy to do it by himself. the only won we know who is in command of the marines is sengoku the head admiral. hes title suggests that and he seems to always be aware of everything. maybe except for garp. i chacnged my mind garp is at the top. he doesnt give a damn about anything and no one stands up to him.

well if you think of the possibility of ace's mother being a citizen of amazon lily, and falling in love with dragon then when they had ace he left her then just like hancock's love sickness she died. then ace's started to hate dragon.

Women from Amazon Lily only have girls, thus the all female population.

I think that John Giant may just be more decorated, as in more awards, then the other VA thus he has a little more respect.

the tallest character we've come across is Oz and he's well over four times the size a giant, then we have the giants of elbaf and saul, then the character who have giantism(WB,John Giant(?),Kuma,Moria,the franky destroyers, etc..then we have the really tall characters like Aokiji, Kizaru, maybe Akainu aswell, Doflamingo, Brook(but he's shorter than Kizaru), etc...then we have the basketball height characters like franky, blueno and the others

I just wanted to add that Oz is, in fact, a giant. He's just a different breed of giants then the Elbaf giants, and came from a different island. This was confirmed in an SBS, I believe it was the SBS for volume 49, though it may have been 50.

And on the subject of the height of Doflamingo, I've decided that height is something that Oda screws around with to give a character an impression of power. I don't think Doflamingo's really 15 feet tall or anything, it's just an effect by Oda to make him look imposing. The same thing goes for Whitebeard and Kuma, and other characters who are just so big that it doesn't seem to fit. I believe that that is just Oda trying to make them look more imposing. It reminds me of how Hirohiko Araki has been known to change characters' hair and eye color with no regard for anything resembling continuity or sense whatsoever.

Speaking of Luffy fighting giants, don't you think gear 3 could be used for just that? The ultimate form of gear 3 would likely be "Gigant Luffy" where he inflates his entire body to giant size then uses his regular gomu attacks, just all scaled up.

They are just muscular... there are big guys in the Franky Family, but not very strong. Mihawk also isn't big. Don Krieg was pretty huge afterall...

He doesn't screw arouns with sizes. You can't expect the man to be able to draw his characters in exactly correct sizes in every damn panel.
Most of the characters have more or less retained their sizes.

And yeah, what you said, "it doesn't seem to fit". It's not like we know everything. But seeing how we heard about long arm tribe, long leg tribe and considering Oda's style, you can't just say - "he's screwing around".

I didn't mean screwing around in that he does things randomly. I meant screwing around in that he changes things like height with no regard for consistency or realism. You can't seriously think that Kuma is so freakishly huge because he's muscular, and the same goes for most of the other freakishly huge characters in the series. And just because there are Long-Arms and Long-Legs doesn't mean that any ludicrously big character we've seen in the series is naturally that big, especially when there's been no indication that most of them are anything other then normal humans. I maintain that the distended sizes of certain characters is an artist's device employed by Oda to give a certain "feel" to a scene or a character, which explains the lack of realism and consistency of making some characters so humongous.

That was just a way to say it... I was not trying to say that their body size origin is the muscle, but that it is not screwing around the series and trying to show a character as powerfull...

Some people in the series are freakishly large due to genetics. They evolved that way on some of these small islands due to small gene-pools.

I had another theory, but it didn't make much sense so I'll keep it to myself until I can flesh it out.

There is no source for that, it's just a fan theory as to why Whitebeard's so huge. There's absolutely nothing in the manga that explains (and I daresay even mentions) Whitebeard's unusual size.
