I have to agree about Croc. I hate the guy just like we are supposed to but he seems to be getting a dream... or at least a goal in killing WB. If he gets a historical flashback he'll have a better chance than Jimbei or Hancock as the other 2 are tied down to their islands and he'll have a better chance than Caime or Hatchi. Neither of them is going anywhere without the other and Papag will stay with Caime so will the crew get 3 members at once? Not likely

The interests people see here are only to be with the SH : do not forget that the SH are pirates, they are not only friends, so they want to discover the blue sea for some dreams ...
Do Hancock and Jimbei have interests in travelling ? It does not seem : they used to stay in Kuja Empire for one, and in Fishman Island for the other.
So, are Hancock and Jimbei always dreaming about something that is linked to NW ? At their age, they would always be travelling if they always have those kind of dreams.
So, for me, they definitely have no interests to be a pirate anymore. Even if they would get well with the SHs - as a lot of people did in the manga - they would not fit with the SH pirates ; they would just be friends of the SH pirates.

Bonchan is a Iva groupie. He will most certainly stick with Iva from here on out. His dream was to find Iva afterall, he has no dream to look forward to in the NW.


not to mention that there's already someone with his fighting style on the Sh's.
And the whole dance thing wont workout since Franky already has his extremely gay dances.
PLUS, He wouldnt get along with the other sh's. He's only loyal to luffy not the others.

Shit Croc has a better chance of joining the sh's than Bon Chan

i thought about the same thing first but he wanted to find him and get him out of the prison and guess wat, thats wats gonna happen. so hes gonna be left all alone. obviously his dream isnt to find him or why would he have joined crocodile then when iva was in impel down?

and how do u want him to join iva when hes not even a captain or anything. he was the FORMER okama queen and isnt anymore. iva is dragons man. maybe mr2 is gonna join the revolutionnary army but i doubt it. and the new kama thing was just a thing in impel down and now that theyre out, well theres no more new kama.

but i gotta admit, the only thing i wont like is that sanji has the same fighting style.

and ur comment about the crew not liking mr2 is dum. im sure everyone was screaming of joy when robin joined. they were gonna attack her!

i dont want him to join, but everythings pointing it out.

and about crocodile. im pretty sure hes the one thats gonna kill whitebeard and that way hell take back the rank of shichibukai instead of jimbei. but thats my guess.

If WB dies there is a chance that the remaining crew will seek revenge against the WG, (and Ace will lose his goal as you said). The best way to do it could be working with Dragon and the revolution. I like to see Ace and Dragon reconcile, I wonder if Ace wanted to become a pirate all along or if he left his island to seek Dragon at the beginning. Was he even a pirate when he fought Jimbei?

the part where u say ace and dragon making up.. is something i have thought.. but like this. since most likely luffy wont make it in time to sace ace. and im guessing whitebeard probably gonna get taken out in the war coming up but do enuff damage for dragon to arrive precisely at the right time to save ace and take him away with him. so i see it this way of that happening.


EDIT: and all this talk about whoz joining next. i think i would piss my pants laughing if croc joins in next. but my bets are on Jinbei.

i actually think that there is no more crew members left to recruit!!! i believe that the thousand sunny is like the going merry, the soul is the last member. they havent been on the ship for a while and i dont think they will if the arc continues the way it is. Also who else is left to recruit?!??!?!?!

ok wat he said was i want to have a crew of 10 before entering the grand line. and i think that oda will make luffys crew 10 at the end of the grand line just for irony.

but never ace will keep on goin instead of whitebeard. never. thats so stupid. if a captain falls, the crew falls as well. did rayleigh take the place of roger when he died? no. and if someone in the crew would become the captain, it would be marco. his dream is to make whitebeard the pirate king and if whitebeard dies, his dream dies as well. simple as that. and i would see ace just being like ill join your crew cause i want to make sure my lil brother doesnt do stupid stuff anymore and to keep him safe. he would say that since his father, whitebeard, is gone, all he has is his lil brother.

the crew doesn't have to fall if the captain dies, Brook was captain of the rumba pirates for a while after their captain died/left. But I agree though, there is no way Ace will join Luffy or continue without White Beard.

Indeed, one of the other is the Calm Belt.

As we know, the Red Line is a natural barrier between the GL and the 4 Lands (East/West/North/South). And we know from what we have said in the manga with the SH crew going from East Blue to GL that the East sea is directly connected to the GL by the Red Line and not totally separated from it. Indeed, they cross the Red Line on the East Sea that plunges into the GL at the Twin Capes.

So, the East Blue is at a certain place (where the Red Line is opened to the East Sea) a frontier with the GL.

We can deduce that it works in the same way to go from West/North/South Blue into the GL, so all these 4 seas are other borders with the GL (whereas the Red Line is a barrier to the GL).

In the map we see 3 seas (it sounds cool, see three seas hehe) The bigg one is the grind line, the one nearest to east blue is calm belt, I want to know if the other one is also calm belt or is another surprise that ODA will give to us?

It's a mistranslation that's proved to be invalid too as the story goes. I can't remember now the exact later chapters that verified this; it's probably in everytime a character mentioned about the Red Line in the Sabaody Arc and when Luffy's told about his location & ways to get to Impel Down at Amazon Lily. However, you can also see from the raw of that page here. The original labels of the three oceans that were missed out in the scans are "Calm Belt//Grand Line//Calm Belt".

Stephen's a so-called reliable One Piece translator, btw. In case you run through the old chapters via online scans again you may be interested to compare them with his trans for correctness.

Grandline is only surrounded by calmbelt. calmbelt is the one obstacle that divides grandline from the 4 blues.

the redline furthermore divides grandline itself in two parts. the latter part starting at marijoa is called the new world.

the only way to get to the graandline from the blues is rivers mountain, that is if you don't have any seastone on the hull of your ship and something else than sails to propell you forward since there is no windand no current.

also the calmbelts are the home of the seakings. thus Impel Down is very well protected from the outside ... normally

I think you make mistake here, Grandline is bordered, not surrounded by calm belt. It's true most of grandline bordered with it on the northern & southern parts, but there are part bordered with Red Line, with such place like Marineford lies .

Grandline and New World being in the attention of them all, it should be possible to say, that it's surrounded be the Calm Belt from the rest of the world. The Red Line just crosses with the GL and intermits both big oceans. We can't even say that... as the GL and NW are connected through the Fisherman Island.
We should'nt be petty-minded. The CB marks the border to the Seas and the GL, while it also surrounds the GL from the rest of the world. I'm repeating myself. smart ass *cough*

I understood Rayleigh purposely didnt target the Strawhats with his Haki.. however he idd hit everyone else and thats why some of the weaker members of Law's crew were dazzled

can ace use haki?, just a guess but maybe ace will see luffy get beatin by magellan and with his older brother caring will unleash a haki that will knock out most of the marine thus helping luffy get to him faster

its not evrything but it does make you stronger, a hole lot stronger... well not against evrybody...
