boa hancock...is she beautiful BECAUSE of her devil fruit just like how that alvida became beautiful when she ate or devil fruit. or is it just a cooncidence that her devil fruit works well with her beauty... if so, if an ugly person were to have the devil fruit, would it have the same effect??

No Hancock was beautiful before she ate the Devil Fruit, you can see if you read Chapter 0 she was quite pretty even when she was young. But her Devil Fruit may or may not give her an added charm.

No... Neither becoming beautiful nor her charming skills doesn't have anything to do with the Mero Mero powers. She wore kaioseki handcuffs in Impel Down so her charming aura ought not to be working.

And you can't say that Hancock looked ugly when she was a child... So she's profiting from her beautiness and that she's able to make others fall in love with her. Maybe that's sort of an combined effect due to her beautiness and her haoushoku - at least I can think of that possibility.

seconldy, i think enel is going to come back to the blue see and when he does, he would probably be killing loads of people therefore getting the governments attention and they would make him shichibukai

I don't think that he'd become a shichibukai. A very strong pirate indeed - but the time of the three powers are over after this war.

Well there's one problem with Enel becoming a Shichibukai, he's not a pirate. But in Oda's words if he were a pirate his bounty would be as high as B 500,000,000 which would make his bounty the highest of the shichi's.

i agree completely............im sure enel will comeback. he was a great villian. plus his logia power is damn near unstoppable. most of luffy's early enemies have mad returns, hacchi, boroque works, buggy, so im sure enel will comeback. he would make an excellent shichibukai. like you said it would be a major waist of a fruit power. its only a few in the one piece world anyway. also why would oda give him mutiple cover stories if he wasnt going to comeback, and same goes for cp9. im sure they will return as a pirate crew as well

If the charming is a natural effect of the devil fruit, maybe the kairoseki cannot cancel it, as Luffy is still elastic, even when he is under water. Well, I guess only a databook will clarify that part.

well from wat we know kuma wasnt a pirate either. it was said that he was a revolutionary. but maybe he was once a pirate or became a pirate after being a revolutionary but i really doubt that. i truly believe he was only a revolutionnary.

Those with jolly rogers on their ships are pirates. There are plenty of people who sail the seas but don't consider themselves pirates. The revolutionary army aren't pirates...they're just people who want to take down the world governments

Pirates sometimes get in the way of WG law. Destroying WG isn't their main goal. They enjoy freedom and some of them act more freely than others which can sometimes damage civilians and marines and attract the attention of WG.
Revolutionaries' only goal is to take down WG systematically.

It might be closer than you think till we meet the Gorousei... It won't be in a fight though. I'm sure we will see them in a discussion, possibly heated, talking about the results of the WB War. They've already sat around with Luffy's wanted poster on a table back after Alabasta. So I'm sure that with Luffy sticking his nose in again he will be one of the main topic's of discussion.... probably right alongside whatever it is that BB is doing.
