One Piece wikia has a page that lists key points/discussions that Oda revealed during several SBS columns here. I swear there was a page that had a link to all the SBS pages but I can't find it at the moment.

because in TB he really wanted to get ride of them, or should I say get ride of the threat the threat they pose to the World Government before it may be too late prevent it.

Just a thought:
Seconds ago, i watched the anime episode roger & rayleigh (400). Rayleigh mentioned roger being able "to hear the voice of all things". Combined with some of wb's last words (that their flames will never die and the flames being passed down through generations), i thought it could be the ability to kind of read/use the memorys of those who carried that flame before. so roger would have easily traslated those ancient writings cause the will of d existed already long before the wg rule began.

could be plausible, couldn't it?

Of course. It was never said that The Will of D started with Roger. BTW when i said that Kuma defeated them i meant at SA because it is said, that day the SH were completely defeated.

It's not impossible, when it comes to Roger's ability and what Rayleigh and WB have both said about him, it's really difficult to pin down what exactly he could have had as an ability.

I had an odd drunken idea when I watched that episode that the Poneglyphs could be alive in some way. It's the only way I can think of that what Rayleigh said remotely answers Robin's question, even if he is being a cryptic bastard the whole time. Something like the time in Alabaster where Zoro figures out how to cut things or not cut things by 'listening' to them..?

I'm a little confused about Buggy's new crew. Isn't it mostly composed of lvl 2 prisoners. Lv 4 prisoners kind of merged with New Kama army(alot of lvl 4 prisoners were wiped out due to Magellen tailing them). No lvl 5,3 or 1 prisoners were released.

the newkama are with invonkov. the prisoners are buggy's new crew. im not sure what level there are all from. i think 2, 3, and 4, but mostly level 2

Therefore Buggy's new crew is composed of lvl 2 only(less than 50,000,000), which is not all that stronger than Buggy.

I recognise a few faces from Lvl5 too; one of the guys that shared Luffy's cell is with Buggy. I dunno how that happened. I hope Buggy makes it to the NW, people will fear him because they'll think he's as strong as Shanks and because he'll have an awesome crew but if only the knew...

lets not forget that franky's bounty is on 44 million berri. so if buggy's has a crew full of men around the strength of him is pretty strong

You make a good point, if there all at least as strong as Franky. I dont think there is any prisoner from lvl 5, since there bounty is over 100,000,000. Making them at least as strong as Mad Monk Uruge.
