And about next arc, it will also be a new saga imo, so we'll get a new over all theme, which will likely have to do with the New World and stuff like that.
The last one was largely about a) Shichibukai and b) Ambition/Haki (and c) Ace) none of that is really solved now, so it will probably take some weeks in an after-war-end-of-saga-arc

one i think this arc will end soon, maybe the week before the year is over or the week after. The next arc, in my opinion, should be about the SH finding a cure so that Luffy doesnt have to die so soon. The next arc has over a million possibilities. I think this has been one of the greatest years in manga history. many mangas have had amazing arcs, but OP has ruled over all. Oda, congrats on your son and thank you.

You said it all, Dr Chopper is there so the cure is guarantied, but I'd like to him die soon ... Don't get me wrong, I mean ... if you die when you're at the top, everyone will remember you as the man that dreamed ... dreamed and dreamed ... but in the end he fulfilled/realized his dream.

But I don't think OP will end when Luffy reaches Raftel.. After all they need to do something about the past century! So I'm counting with a Saga with Luffy as the PK.. and then the best ending ever wouldn't bee enough to surpass the sadness of OP end, cause it would be 10 or 11 years, of crazy adventures no one would ever forget... Yeah, I'm thinking there will be a "Repercussions" mini-arc where loose ends are tied up and we see the after effects of the war on several islands like Shabondy Island, the Kamabaka kingdom Queendom, Amazon Lilly and ending up on Fishman Island for that arc. There may actually be some fighting before Fishman Island if the marines realize Hancock had anything to do with Luffy showing up at ID and MHQ.

I'm actually worried about her situation as wiser heads will look at what she was doing during the war and realize she was just as big a danger to them as to the pirates. Also, what about the Tenryubito? I'm sure their camera feeds weren't cut! With them watching all the fun, they would have examined all the most powerful players... do you think she might have been recognized and an order sent out to pick her up after the war?

I'm thinking the end of the Repercussions mini-arc might be a mutual defense pact between fishman island and Amazon Lilly and maybe even Kamabaka if they all joined the revolution.

I saw on ANN that all of the OP volumes were in Oricon's top 200 for weekly manga sales from dec 7-13

that's like more than a quarter of the list...
it's crazy! It's probably because of the movie, but this still means at least hundreds of people bought every single one of the OP volumes last week...

this is very similar to the Scene of Shanks (well, not exactly ... the eyes, the sea ... )
But I don't think it's Haki, the poor animal just saw that Luffy was serious ... I've read an article about dogs some years ago, and it says that some researchers and scientists believe now that dogs, and other non-human animals, can experience primary emotions such as anxiety, fear and anger, so if that animal feared Luffy I guess it's because ... it sensed Luffy's emotion. IMO

Probably there are many moments when we dont see somebody is using haki. For example when Luffy was fighting Blackberd in Impel Down we did not see "flashy haki" that most of peoples are sarching. Without Blackbeard comment:

nobody would know that Luffy used or relased some haki when he attacked him. Blackbeard know a lot about it(years on Whitebeard ship gave him a lot oportunities to met many of haki users) and he see or sense when somebodys haki improving. Probably thats why when they met first time Blackbeard could not belive that bounty for our rubberman was so low-whitout even seeing what Luffys fighting abilities are.

I just watch the op anime(for the 4th time XD), and I came to chapter where coby said that vegapunk invented the way, for weapon to eat devil fruit.... Do you think it's possible that in the NW nami's or usopp's weapon eats the devil fruit? I think that there is a possibility, Oda didn't mention that without reason(we know what kind of mangaka Oda is)

The only fruits i can see nami having on her weapon are monkey or parrot or something amusing

As for Usopp i can bet he will get something useless but with his ingeniosity he can make an imba weapon. Or he will put an fruit into his sogeking mask

I actually think that before this is all said and done that Whitebeard will "infuse" or use his Quake ability through his Bisento to sink Marineford. I mean it has somewhat already been foreshadowed by Akainu that Whitebeard is basically slowly destroying all of Marineford. So i think his final act will be to completely sink it and then go down with the island.

Also to whoever said that Dadan might be dead, well the major of luffy's town said "i wonder what Dadan thinks about this" and you wouldn't say that if they were alive, and you also wouldn't say that unless you knew they were still alive.

I like your analysis, but concerning this point, I gotta disagree ... well, even if Dadan is dead the major of Luffy's town would could say it the same way, it doesn't change the sense ... the meaning of that expression or doesn't change the fact that Dadan wouldn't like to see what's happening, either if he's is dead or not IMO
