Well, actually I haven't figured out yet how to romanize ジュラキュール 100% correctly besides Jurakyūru, it can be either way Dracule or Dulacre spoken out French, so I guess. Though I would expect Dracule to be transscribed more like ドラキュール (dorakyūru) in Japanese but that's pretty close to the transscription of "Dracula"... And Dulacre is his "official German name" in both manga and TV show, but that could be (again) a name change.

But at least Mihawk should be clear, isn't it?

Haven't there been SBS questions whether Oda would be in the mood to give us some romanized names?

I think it would make more sense if his eyes were closed when he realized where Luffy was and opened when he was talking. Oda did show us that he has actually seen him and he keeps zooming his damn eye all the time. He only closed his eyes once when he was talking. Of course, I could be wrong, or I don't remember, but I think that he wasn't shown with eyes closed when fighting Zoro.

Well... Zoro bluntly challenged and attacked him, while Luffy tried to evade him.

That panel with the closed eyes seemed to me like Oda was trying to show Mihawk's calm and perfect control of his surroundings. There is nothing that he can't hit when it's in his battle range.

But I'm fine with that, either.

As for Shanks, he could easily have a devil fruit. I don't want to hear how he could swim 10 years ago so he doesn't have a devil fruit. Maybe the guy decided that he needs something more to compensate for the loss of his hand. Why would it be cheating?

Somehow I have the feeling that Shanks was about to eat the Gomu Gomu no Mi.

Oh, and devil fruit doesn't make a swordsman any cheaper.

Unless the swords doesn't have an ability, of course.

It's all a question whether he would actually use his power when dueling another swordsman. I think any real swordsman wouldn't.
Unless it's a passive ability.

You mean one like Brook's? He was able to die (like in a fight) and return back to life... Unfortunately he was to good to test that ability before entering the Florian Triangle...

Same here, I think he had many opportunities to eat one but didn't, although I won't be surprised if actually he ate one, you know to cover or replace his lost arm.

But I hope he didn't eat it.

Bats were said to have superkeen-eyes before people realized that they were actually pretty blind or at least don't need their eyes to locate the surroundings. So, he may not be blind but I don't think he's that keen-eyed as his name implies.

So you mean that people thought - because of his great ability to find people - he has good eyes and called him Hawk Eyes whereas it was due to his DF and had nothing to do with eyes.
I don't understand then why Oda shown him using his eyes to find people : would he mislead us and even nickname him Hawk Eyes ?

shanks likes swimming he cant give up on that .next to being one of the yonkou he is the worlds best swimmer.
i've read recently that oda said the character who most resembles him is shanks ( so oda is a drunk , and probably likes to swim)

I'm not saying I have any evidence to back it up whatsoever, but I have no other guesses as to who that shadow is, and maybe that would allow Zoro to keep up with Luffy in power after all this.

that shadow will remain a mystery and possibly kuma knew he was there that's why he sent zoro to him ,out of admiration to zoro's potantial back in TB and that guy is probaly a swordsman he could be the one who trained hawkeyes.

I think that Kuma sent each person to an island on purpose. I am sure he actually knows a lot more than we imagine. That is probably why the WG wanted him as a machine.

kuma's matter is really confusing he knows dragon probably worked for him i thought he was a spy but then he tries to lose his humanity may be the WG knew he was a traitor.
