At least they can be cut in half, but not hurt by punches... Drown of course is the best option for they... Maybe Vegapunk put a self destruct on island in case of death to prevent his annotations be used for a evil purpose.

You misunderstand. Zoro isn't "Blocking" the attack, Nusjuro is the one blocking! He is making Nusjuro Redirect his attack to him. Zoro was never in front of Nusjuro to block a frontal attack, He instead attacks Nusjuro forcing Nusjuro to redirect his attack from the sunny to blocking the attack Zoro is flying in with. Which brings me to my point.

Why block an attack that doesn't hurt you? Unless it was going to damage Nusjuro and ACoC is the key to defeating the Gorosei?

They still got damage, n still has time for recovery, not take long, but every second important to not wasted to recovery in this situation.

Warcury is the only one that has the insane defense. We've seen Saturn get his shit rocked in by a very, very good punch.

Lol and then how would they hold it? The Gorosei aren't going to be like "oops you captured our castle, I guess you win the game"

Hmmm, even now mary joise remains at the top of the red line, it's not an easy spot to attack. And even without the gorose it is still presumably where god's knights are stationed. On top of that at any given point an admiral may or not be there. Overall it's not necessarily a bad time to attack it but doing so is probably difficult enough that you can't just start an attack at a moment's notice just because it's convenient.

I'm thinking that maybe those are their "demon" forms, and their real bodies are somewhere else, probably why they never get beaten. Or maybe they are real demons, and never die, they only resurrect in hell, like chainsawman.

Hmmm, if they were dopelgangers you'd think saturn's original body would have been at mary joise with the rest. instead he was always shown as separate from the rest. Their immortality is a bit weird, it's more than I would have thought the ope fruit would give them. Even when they regenerate they seem to regenerate out of thin air rather than how you'd expect biological regeneration to occur. At the moment my best guess is that they are under the influence of some ability imu has and is able to imbue into his subjects. if the gorosei are capable of this much I imagine imu must have some even greater more demonic stuff in store, perhaps for the sake of plot/themes something comparatively godly.

The gorosei are immortal but it's not like they can't be stopped. It takes them at least moments to recover from damage, it's not ideal to simply eat attacks.

Agreed with this, especially on the weirdness of their version of it.
Agreed with it not being ideal to eat attacks. Thanks to eating that attack, Saturn let the Blackbeard pirates gain an extremely valuable card in his identity.
One thing I wonder is if the immortality is time/resource limited. If the regen is on a timer, then it gives more weight to them blocking things.
I really wonder about the Immortality surgery being the thing behind this. I quite like the idea that this is coming from Imu.

Another thing I like to keep in mind is that this generation of gorosei were not around when the World Government wiped the name of the Nika fruit from the record. If they've had the surgery performed, then it happened after the striking of the record.

IMHO Luffy will briefly split up: not as a weaker copy (Robin, Doffy, Raizo/Naruto), but as a 100% real version of himself.

It's another classic toon gag, and now he can do whatever he wants, sooo...
