Something is off about Shanks beating Loki. Now, that we know that Loki killed his father because Harald told him so (well he hasn't another choice) and He should be seen as Elbaph's hero. Yet, the opposite is what happened. Which could mean, it was Loki's choice (not Jarul) to hide the truth and sacrifice himself to save his father's reputation.
And the only scenarios that I can think of that lead to the fight is that Loki lost control and he needed to be stopped; It was Jarul's suggestion to chain Loki cause he became a walking disaster that can threat the whole world; or it was Loki's suggestion to be blamed for his father's actions.

Its better accept that the Nika Fruit isnt the legendary fruit of elbaf - your argumnt doenst make sense - if he took nika fruit now, why he lost it ? And how he took if he is the one fightining Harald right now ?

Would be pretty sketchy for Shanks to lose it when he's right there, and that it took a whole year for him to get it back from Who's-Who.

In one of the flashbacks, it does seem like Loki is in Nika form

The existence of two Nika fruits could be explained in different ways:

• The people of Elbaf have different different views of what Nika is like (warrior of liberation vs destroyer of the world). Therefore, two different models of the Nika fruit could exist.
• Loki's fruit is an artificial Devil Fruit.

This would also explain why it took so long for the WG to realize that Luffy had the Nika fruit, since it would have been assumed that Loki had already consumed it.

I am of the opinion that the whole story about there being two "Nika fruits" is nothing more than a misinterpretation by the fandom, simply because they ignore a fundamental fact—one that has been demonstrated many times in the work, especially by Luffy: THERE IS NO FREEDOM WITH OPPRESSION, AND ALL LIBERATION IS THE LIBERATION FROM AN OPPRESSIVE SYSTEM THAT IS DESTROYED DURING THE PROCESS!
Luffy WAS the destroyer of Baroque Works and Crocodile – and with that, he FREED Alabasta.
Luffy DESTROYED Arlong Park – and with that, freed Nami.
Luffy DESTROYED CP9 – and with that, Freed Robin.
Luffy destroyed Enel – and with that, Freed Skypiea.
Luffy destroyed the Donquixote Family – and with that, freed Dressrosa.

If there is no destruction, there is no liberation – and if Luffy didn't have the ONLY Nika fruit, there would be no reason for him to be called the WARRIOR OF LIBERATION. If he has the Nidhogg fruit – he really can destroy the world, especially since he is an Ancient Giant. The full manifestation of his fruit will probably take up the entire underside of Elbaf! After all, we are possibly talking about the fruit that is the same thing that created the Red Line, or has its origin precisely in that thing (within the One Piece world)!

Hmm, imo there is a method when it comes to zoans and sizes (though i could be wrong). Say you have a giant who eats a lion fruit. What size would it's animal form be? I would argue the animal form would have the size of a normal lion rather than be gigantic. That said, someone who is tall for his species would probably produce a larger lion. So lokis squirrel form.. if thats the fruit, should be squirrel sized. In that regard where the money is at is hybrid forms which tend to be larger than the base form of a fruit user.

I would argue the animal form would have the size of a normal lion rather than be gigantic. That said, someone who is tall for his species would probably produce a larger lion. So lokis squirrel form.. if thats the fruit, should be squirrel sized. In that regard where the money is at is hybrid forms which tend to be larger than the base form of a fruit user.

My biggest argument is Momonosuke. While he was a child and his size was small, the manifestation of his Zoan was also small, even though it transformed him into something bigger than his human version. When he became an adult, his size became huge!
I don't recall other examples, but I think in general, the user's size will always scale up the size of their hybrid and final forms. I don't think it works the other way around, though so far we haven't seen any "tiny" Zoan like an ant, etc. But even "traditional" Zoans always provide an enlargement of the user's body relative to their natural size. So, at the very least, Loki will become bigger than he already is.
And speaking of which, many people keep questioning how he’s going to fit on the Thousand Sunny, but nobody seems to notice these things:
The Straw Hat crew is a Yonko crew. All main Yonko ships so far are HUGE—Moby Dick, Big Mom's ship—and this is intentional; it's a choice to demonstrate sovereignty and power on the seas.
We are literally in the country of origin of the material used for the Straw Hats' ship. We even had foreshadowing of this when Gaban's wife said he had recently cut some branches from the tree.
Elbaf = The Sabaody of the New World. And just as it was during that arc that the Sunny was consolidated (I know it appeared after Water 7 / Thriller Bark, but we only really saw its consolidation upon the return to Sabaody 2 years post-timeskip), I believe Elbaf will also be the place where the Straw Hats will upgrade themselves to TRULY establish themselves as a Yonko crew, including the ship!

Elbaph prince Loki and Jarul are ordered to return to Elbaph's Aurust Castle only to discover Harald impaled by his own soldiers. Soon after a scuffle ensued that resulted in the theft of the royal family's Devil Fruit, and Jarul being stabbed through the head. Loki is blamed for all three incidents and flees the country. While Harald dies, Jarul survives and Shanks and Scopper Gaban investigate the incident.
