Hmmm, it seems a bit extreme that they would arbitrarily be able to place forces at places at the place's convenience. My read on this was more like the RA provided support to countries that wanted to defect the WG but otherwise the countries themselves did the bulk of the fighting. It's also worth noting that in most places armies are comparatively weak and for the most part are not equipped to deal with individuals who have some measure of power. As in, pekoms can probably solo the entirety of the armies in alabasta from 2 years ago. In that sense providing support via strong individuals who aren't necessarily at the yonko executive level seems more reasonable. Of course, armies probably also do play into this but those would be more expensive, riskier and logistically complicated.

To me it's a bit of a reach that the RA would welcome pirates. I suppose it depends? The RA is in it for ideological reasons and ideals. Pirates are selfish and self serving. Barring a few exceptions I don't think they necessarily make for reliable allies. In the context of hancock... It wasn't that long ago that the WG demanded her to join the war effort or lose his shichibukai status and her answer to the WG was basically somewhere between "how dare you even speak to me" and "go fuck yourself with the hottest of rods". It's almost a hard sell that hancock's reaction to the RA would be any different. Though her sisters and the old lady might be able to broker something..

For sure, but this logic goes for Yonkou and WG territory as well. The idea is to have some form of scarecrow, whether all birds heed to said warning or not is another question. The most important factor is what happens after you've made an attack. Look at Shanks or Big Mom's territories falling to the SHs. Then look at the respective retaliation. The RA might not be able to station an army strong enough to fend of, say, a Pekoms, but they are strong and willing enough to come to Amazon Lily's rescue, should they need it. That's essentially what Belo Betty promised the Kingdom of Lulusia.

Morley and Kuma were both pirates before joining the RA. As for Boa, she is a former slave with a fierce hatred of the government and the fact that the RA is led by Luffy's brother and father are two major factors for them to find mutual trust in each other. Ivankov should also be able to vouch for her, as should Koala.

It's been around for a while lmao. I've seen it commonly used at least in 2015.

It's just that I haven't used it in a while, because no faction in one piece is as pathetic as marines/govt. The usage of "L" is reserved for absolute losers like marines/govt, especially in the last half an year or so.
I see marines and govt, and they elicit no emotion from me at this point other than disappointment
