- new party who we never seen before.

Either of these are questionable if we want to believe redon with hype meter.
I mean if its not Rock Xebec himself Idk what could hype us that much.

I swear, first time I saw "he's HIM" memes, I thought it was referring to Oda and his (unnecessarily) mysterious, badass characters.
That's how overused this is.

Personally, I'm always more hyped when the mysteries are revealed at the end of chapters.
I find it to be funnier to spend a week speculating on facts rather that vague information that lead most of the time nowhere but to my own headcannon, thus generating dissatisfaction.
