I doubt that we will get much of an explanation, it's funny to see Doflamningo with shades, an already crazy looking Moria and such a calm Kuma. Personally I would wish for a little flashback about Bartholomew to see how he got his title.

We've seen many people being held as slaves or workers at least, just remember Robin. He could be from one of families, like those that had build the bridge over the sea[or was it Calm Belt] where Robin has landed was and found by the RA. His cap reminds me of those early/mid 20th century work clothes. Or he's was teased by other kids.^^[Not that that would be funny.]

^I already did a week ago, but there have been some problems with the images for the last three covers displaying properly. The links work fine, but I'm not sure what's wrong.
