Miscellaneous One style of inking in PS 6.0

Here is a tutorial I made telling how to do one style of inking with PS 6.0.
The main reason I use this style is a) It kinda gives a vector'ized look and b) You don't need a tablet to do it!

Why not just mix "fill path" and "stroke path" depending on the shape u seek?
