I haven posted anything for some time and would like to know how the info that comes from the original and hasn't being already relealed in the redrawn version is handled here? I haven't read the original comic and don't want to read spoilers. Please. Thanks in advance.

Just started reading this one, and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. It's like "the revenge of Krillin" from DBZ. And thinking about it that way has easily doubled my enjoyment of it. It's the first new Seinen in quite a while that I've really like.

I'm also convinced sonic is a girl by the way.

Yup, this one is definitely on of the latest surprisingly good mangas that have been released. I myself laugh or even feel amused VERY RARELY when reading any manga, but Onepunch-man has been an exception to that: it's perhaps the funniest manga I've ever read. Great humour combined with amazing work of art a truly enjoyable manga has been made for us to read.

It may have been incredible artwork, but it was a waste of manga pages. I feel like I was robbed of a chapter.

Webcomics don't have a predefinite number of pages so you were not robbed of a chapter. This one has more pages than regular chapters. It's like for chapter 15, they take benefit of the format to make nice graphic display.
Mr Arashi, I advice that you go directly to the young jump site for the chapter (it can take a few seconds to load the first time but then it goes smoothly once it has been cached)

Those kind of pages are eventually compressed in the tankobon, it's really too bad. One example is the first fight between Saitama and Sonic

That's the problem, the multi page battle in the original web version become just two pages in the tankobon.

Yeah, that's a real shame that those cinematic, flipbook style scenes don't translate well to physical books and they had to change it. I'll still buy the volumes if Viz releases them though, because there is other stuff to enjoy about this series.

Oh wow, I see. Really a pity, but I guess it's for the better.

Hopefully some German publisher will release it. The covers alone make me want to buy it.

Makes me wonder if Murata is aware of the fandom and expects the internet to make gifs of this. Would be cool.
