I'm not really liking how this fight started. Like I get that it didn't want to be 1-to-1 with the Webcomic, but I feel like that version did a much better job building Garou as a "Villain". That's what makes the conclusion hit so well. This also just feels like it's missing essential elements (the S-class fight being the biggest) & Saitama just seems weird. IDK maybe it'll get better.

I'm liking it but my stance on Garou is a bit off the norm, I think. There isn't any hype there for me. He's fine. But the fun of it is in him being built up to such an extreme only to be a punchline. That's pretty much what I was expecting.

They've really taken the "battle manga protagonist power" that Garou's got to such an extreme at this point there is now. Where the MC gets beaten down to the limits of their plot armor then pop back up stronger that before. What else is there to do with that? Perfect time for yet another utterly humiliating defeat by a moderately annoyed Saitama.

I think I preferred the simplicity of the Webcomic's method of handling this aspect of Garou, but I don't mind this direction with his arc.

The moon is probably watchjng because god (who might be a celestial from Marvel) is assessing the situations. Maybe god can give powers from a different dimension. I was kind of hoping in this version he'd give Garou some more power so Saitama can do his serious table flip but I guess not. Tatsumaki's fight vs the snake queen actually seem more epic tbh but I think it is because Saitama is just so powerful the villains just do not have enough gas to allow the amount of screentime for a long drawn out epic fight. Saitama is just too powerful...I mean Garou littlerally dug a hole to china with Saitama's body as the shovel end and he just simply...punch his way back out. Not 1 fuck was given by the caped baldy. He is just annoyed lmfao. He just want his home back so he can get great supermarket deals like jeez couldn't a man just cook his dinner? Lmfao
