yeah the exec bought hair nets for everybody. But the sous complained she didn't like it, blah blah blah.

Basta. It's the underlying meaning behind it. She still thinks like an employee instead of taking control and think like a supervisor. She thinks she's the same as us but openly says she can't come with us drinking because it's company policy or some shit, she lies about her salary (she tells me this and she tells another that) maybe coz she thinks we'll think negative stuff when we can completely understand. Therefore, she looks down on us, sets herself apart, then acts like we should treat her like she's one of us.

Ano ba talaga ate? It's the big picture, the entirety of it, PB, not just the details one by one. I could enumerate them but I've seen what it all means. She's bullshitting us and that's what I'm pissed about.

I want leaders who I can look up to and respect. I've seen a lot of them and I really know my place when I'm around them.

but really, sometimes, not all leaders are managers, and vice versa. with what i read just now, i don't know where she stands in that.

l4pb is right, make her feel like the odd one. as long as you play that card, someone higher than her pay grade will take notice and, eventually, will single her out.

As long as you guys are doing the right thing, the EC and the owner will see where the problem is. A seasoned restauranteur or chef can spot the sources of problems. Once they see that she's not playing well with others, they'll realize that she's throwing the team off, and it'll reduce revenues. You just need to hold tight and not do anything brash... I did, and I got fired for "insubordination".

ME1.... Playing a Vanguard since it has force powers. It's pretty good so far, though I am on casual. The FPS/RPG mashup isn't doing so well for my stomach...

this is her first experience in leading a team, really.

Her story is quite amazing, if you isolate it from her performance. This is her first ever company, and she's been in it for 5 years. She started at 20 years old with 0 exp in the kitchen (or any kind of company), and the owner/chef trained her (and everyone else) from scratch. Now this pioneering team he's trained are running his four restaurants (two of which are award-winning and cover-story worthy in Time Asia and Philippine Tatler mags).

She's been the most recently awarded with her own kitchen which is where I work, it's the smallest kitchen (a team of 4), and the newest, baby-est kitchen, probably as to not shock her with the responsibility as well.

Gordon-Ramsay-ish nga kasi tong owner/chef na to. I get shivers when he's within ten feet.

i hate me1 for what they've done to weapon accuracy - they make it hard to aim without the properly invested skill points >.>

good thing they adapted call of duty gameplay (in me2) xD

I SEE. she's bugged out by her lack of leadership skills. too bad for you - you can't expect her to (easily) adapt even if everyone's already pointing out where she's wrong.

suprisingly, it can go way down, to the point na parang walang mga pinag-aralan na. mga professionals pa naman. anyhu, i have to go na. another day, i hope i get lucky. bye.

i'm really annoyed at how mayilad ain't providing us continuous water supply instead cutting it off by noon and restoring it at near midnight.

and their website got 'bandwidth limit exceeded' notice. fuck them.

I also thought of buying another HD, for storage purposes. It's more practical than buying DVDs and burning them. The latter is just too messy and takes too much of your time and energy. Plus, the physical storage space! All those CD cakes that gather dust!!!

btw, did anybody know that CDRKing sells WINDMILLS????
