on another note, sa face to face ni amy sa tv5 was it? there was an episode with a gay guy and the priest actually said "mamuhay ka nang normal" @_@
how could he call a person not normal to his face just because of gender preference?

Doing priestly duties for the expat community? I assume its that as I never asked, we were too busy bemoaning our arab overlords and discussing the current political climate of the world while eating burgers.

Today i woke up this morning, got out of bed and went to the shop to buy some milk for breakfast. I then woke up again. Why must i dream of such realistic things! What ever happened to saving the world!

I shall update on my life then. Occasionally playing dragon age or civ 5 or uncharted 2, doing uni h/w. Wondering if i should go somewhere in the summer and how i would get money for said trip, and thinking if i should use my uni grant to buy a new phone. Thats pretty much it.

Oh, and I'm watching the Slayers series and I just realized that it was aired 15 years ago. Babies that were born then would be in high school by now .

Well all things considered, you do have to pay more (3250) than they give you(2000) yearly. >.>; And thats if you live at home and are cutting costs (damn you tony blair...damn you to hell ). If you live away from home, well on average you will have about a 20000 pound debt at the end of a 3yr bachelor. =/

What you think of Civ5? Imo not as good as 4. 4 you knew it would be epic once baba yetsu came on. This...no religions, seems very samey etc *sigh* Still amazing though.

Yeah, that Swahili version of The Lord's Prayer was just awesome. I was quite underwhelmed with Civ5's intro. Leagues apart.

Civ5's gameplay caught me by surprise my first game. I got squashed my first game on the easiest difficulty because I didn't quite get the gist of a lot of the rules (embarkation, ranged attacks, 1upt) yet. Once I got the hang of it, it's easier though. I'm more a cultural victory boy in the past Civilizations and it's much harder to do in Civ5.

3.5k is just tuition? Wow, that's darn expensive . Your one year tuition is more than 4 times the tuition for the entire 5-year term of an engineering course at the University of the Philippines (with the tuition I paid back when I was a student). No wonder a lot of people over there don't really consider going to college.

They still want to increase it! Stupid Conservatives. >.> And yes, its one of the reasons people dont really consider going to university. It was actually free back in the day (upto 98 i think) but now they skin us dry. Although the paying back of the tuition fee is a decent system and its usually not much of a bother. Its something like they take some of your wages once you leave uni and are earning more than 15k a year. The money is taken on route to your account. xD

My gripe about seeing the engine civ 5 is running on is that it went 'mainstream'.

I'm still on Civ 4. Civ 5 is the only game I've ever seen recommending 4-core processors.

Oh and by the way, 2 weeks ago I saw a Civ 5 collector's edition placed side by side with SC2 retail. They got the same price. :O
