nope.. english proficiency, after that e validation interview from convergys and if pasado tsaka p lang yung job offer... grabe kahirap pumasok ng convergys...

mahirap ba? hmm.. i dunno chits. kase mga around october last year nag trip akong kumuha ng exam sa convergys umabot ako hanggang sa final interview hanggang sa sinabi ko na subok lang to. laking gulat nga nung supervisor na final interviewer eh. ewan ko kng anong pumasok sa utak ko dude, tinopak lang ata ako that time. hehehe anyhu, baka mas mahirap yung screening nila dyan

mataas lng talaga siguro standard nila... yun din sabi nung trainer namin ngaun... pero tapos na ako sa exams and interviews, eto n lng talagang EPT then the validation int.
