- i dont know if ud care to know this. but, its common sense that when you minimize a program it lowers down the cpu usage significantly. well, with firefox is doesnt. it eats up 72K of cpu usage, maximized or minimized. which kinda sucks because when you restore it from being minimized it slows down to a drag and you may see 1 or 2 (Not Responding) crap out of it. now, fret not! here's the solution:

1. Type in about:config at the address/localtion bar
2. Right-click anywhere on the list and select New->Boolean
3. Type config.trim_on_minimize for the Preference Name
4. Choose True for the Value
5. Restart/Relaunch Firefox afterwards

trust me, it works! my cpu usage was trimmed down to 1-2K when firefox is minimized.

Disclamer: Back-up your prefs.js from the Profile folder.

In fact I do care. And for that, I'll even try it right now. (Actually ngayon ko lang din nalaman na di naglolower ng cpu usage ang firefox. so that's good to know.) question before I do try it, why do I need to back-up my prefs? does that mean ma-dedefault lahat ulit?

@bakashijin, on 20cb, talaga? well ngayon ko lang nakita na meron e. tska sa stoptazmo v22c4 ang newest update nila.

- another thing about firefox is that whenever you load a page with links, itll load the pages of those links thinking that you might click on them next which makes the idea of firefox being faster seem to be true because those pages where already preloaded in the background. i know its cool, BUT! it slows down browsing especially dialup users. so to fix that one, here's how you do it.

1. Type in about:config in the address/location bar
2. Type in network.prefetch-next in the Filter bar
3. Default Value is set to True
4. To change that, just double-click on network.prefetch-next and it will change the Value to False
5. Restart/Relaunch firefox afterwards.

There you have it!

speaking of banyos, itong banyo namin ay magkahiwalay ang CR at Bathroom. Pero yung CR, 50% ay occupied ng toilet bowl at timba. Tapos wala pang lock kaya whatever your condition is, kailangan hawakan mo ang handle with all your might.

And to add, hindi sya dinesign para maging olfactory senses friendly.

True! And may fighting scenes pa minsan dahil kapag ikaw e mahigpit ang pagkakahawak mo sa handle, tapos yung isa naman na nasa labas e nakalimutang mag Imodium, or uminom mng isang baldeng tubig, magkakaroon ng tug-of-war.
