- lift the ban? depends on the ban mask that was placed on for you. if its a nick back, change nick. same as an ident ban. but if its an ip/hostname mask ban, then that'll require advanced mirc bouncing. e.i. if they banned your ip mask like 192.168.0.1 then you can just reconnect your dial-up connection and obtain a new ip from your dial-up trunkline. but, if they did it like 192.168.*.* they you'll need some anonymous proxy servers. for the more advance side of it, get a BNC or psyBNC.
- on the lighter side of things, its might just be a temporary ban. if im not mistaken its default expiration is after 48 hours. cheer up!

you want mitch albom ebooks MD? i have tuesdays with morrie and the five people you meet in heaven. tuesdays with morrie is amazing, it'll touch, it'll enlighten, definitely a philosophical journey, every page's full of morals and lessons

there's a lot of sites that have ebooks. i have plenty but never read them, something about its nicer to read something with pictures. hehehe. so, i read manga instead. hehehe. its been a while actually since i read a whole book in a day... just busy these days. (busy reading mangas) hehehe....

about Tuesdays with Morrie, d ko alam ha, maybe kc d ako enlightened but i didnt find it that special. dont get me wrong, its a great book and i have read all of Mitch Alboms books. but i like The Traveler's Gift by Andy Andrews and The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery better.

@bisayang dako: i dont find it that special either, but it's philosophically enlightening, that's what makes it great. altho i only lightened up a bit since i've read many philosophical books, for most people it'd be great for a first-time enlightenment. plus it's touching, for about a 100 pages, it's worth it

i'm looking for a lossless digitized version of disney's hunchback of notre dame soundtrack. lossless hah, which rules out ogg, mp4 and mp3. wave, iso, ape and flac are okay. if you have the cd and no technical know-how, just pm moi. kng wala talaga, 320kbps mp3 or equivalent will do...

i'm back to my depressing, horror movie-style latin chant/choral music cycle and iwant those songs as perfect as possible. thanks in advance.

re: reading
i wish a computer made entirely of oled and polymer is around already. parang ung sa star trek, tablet na magaan and with a lot of storage. that way, reading e-books would be easier....

and the likes before modern music kicked in (up until the romantic movement i guess), these kinds of music are my favorite. As long as they're cut up into bits and pieces. Nakakapagod kasi listening to the full compositions e, when they run 30-40 mins. Okay lang ngayon that they pick out the famous parts and they become 3 or 4 minute exhibitions.

you're right, most of us arent used to 30 minute compositions... actually the only 30 minute song i've heard is the The Mars Volta - Cassandra Gemini, of w/c i really finished all of it since mars volta is one of the best modafcking bands there is!
