My stomach hurts. I think I'm gonna spend my new year's eve on the seat during work

And, DAMMIT! I don't know what time should I go to work! My shift starts at 1 AM but I'm thinking of coming in earlier (like around 8 PM) but I feel like I'd be wasting my time coming in early since I'm not paid. ~Sigh! This sucks.

@cinder: if you're not on max then files have a limited lifespan. sendspace actually has better policies, cause the files wont get deleted if it is still downloaded once a week. other filesharers have a 1-month or along these timespan for files uploaded by free. if you're on premiums tho, files wont get deleted. like me, my files dont get deleted, im on max

hi guys! Had the most tiring new year ever!

Spoiler: BSS work rant

Me and my officemate got flooded with calls and major issues from start to end of our shifts. I've been escalating issues to guys in the US and they were all grumpy saying that it's New Year's eve and all. I'd just like to tell them over the phone that they're lucky enough that they are getting these calls a few hours before midnight whereas we guys here in the Philippines had to suffer with their nonsensical issues while welcoming the New year. I mean at exactly 12:00 MN, I was talking to a no-brain agent who kept on asking to UNLOCK her domain password (their Network user accounts get locked out once they typed in the incorrect password 3 times, so that means that whatever they're typing in for their password is wrong. And I have just reset their password to Password1 What's so hard about typing that!?)

*End Rant*

I guess I'm not in the right position to complain since I volunteered to cover the shift because of the double pay. ~sigh~

bakashijinsan on a similar note, i on the other hand was flooding the customer care line of globe because their unlitext service sucks *beep*. pero i had the decency though to explain to the csr that i was angry at how their company render their unlimited text service and not directly at them.

okay.... so the cost of high-earning call center jobs include missing out on celebrating traditions....

haha. you can never pacify CSRs that way. they talk calm, but they think of you as bullsh*t if you start shouting/venting your anger at them. ask bss.

i sometimes wonder about entering the call center industry. i dunno, it just seems so............ easy? not mentioning the physical restraints of course, it is tiring, but you know you can get in easily, you just need to be fluent and social, your work is long but not hard to do. hm. what do you think bakashi? kase parang tinatamad na talaga ako magstudy, lagi nalg counter
