most of the emo people you see dont really know what is the history of emo. they just think its cool to be depressed about the world and crap. fuck that, die emo kid die!

when i went to iloilo, i expect to see lots of hiphoppers since the rap community there is good. instead i saw lots of fcking EMOS! and i think to myself, "goddamn the rappers gave up baggy pants for tight corduroys". just goes to show that there are lots of POSERS! gives a bad name to the established subculture

the emo fucks should be sent to the sun to die! just like how the boyband of gundam wing sent off thier gundams! but this has no honor what so ever, just a public service to the citizens of earth.....oh...before being cremated in the sun, they have a choice of becoming normal again, and actually become a prodictive member of the world.

sorry...i just really hate emo fucks.....i wanna beat them up, but they're just gonna write songs about it and make cheap money out of singing the contents of their diaries.....join me in boycotting emo!

ack..thats enough emo bashing for one day....sige, tulog na ako....Was ist die Antwort zur emo Frage? Verbrennen Sie den ganzen emos! ah yes.....

heh, sa dami ng emo sa mundo (even sa neighborhood mo) a day's not enough...

and yeah, i really hate emo+posers....

makes me want to run them over with even a bicycle... and i don't know how to balance myself ^^;;

i was negative throughout high school, but i don't wear black, sing or pose... all i have back then were witty statements that infuriaute the class(es) i belong to.... i was like "if i'm gonna be negative, why do i need emotions?" so i grew cold and heartless then...

then sora came and beat me senseless......

i do listen to emo music, but REAL emo music, sunny day real estate, minor threat, rites of spring.. those are real emotional hardcore music. dashboard? too gay for me now. back then, i love it. but now, when you've listened to a lot of genres, and afterwards listen to dashboard, too gay.

man sometimes its so vexing to meet emos in the mall. so many of them. and they have the nerve to look me in the eye and look at my clothes, slippers and my trusty fisherman hat. one of these days when i cant take it anymore im gonna sucker punch emo fools who'd do that to me

emos usually think of themselves as the "new fashion"....

why don't we create a virus that will affect emos only? (a la resident evil)

...not to turn them into zombies, but to become healthy, productive, cooperative, straight and helpful citizens we can be proud of.

emo bands are weird as hell...they're like rappers that rap about being poor- now that their rich, what the fuck do they have to rap about? thats the same case with emo bands- now that they're famous, what the fuck do they have to cry about??????

they cry about spilled milk, i suppose. or about a girl they knocked and then left behind. or they could be in the "everyday is dreadful. i'll write a song about it" state of mind.

sigh. just ten years ago when we were in early teens there's no such things as "emo", only "punk rebels". now they're endangered, because of the rapid proliferation of emos and hip-hop rappers who don't even know why they rap.

and you know what guys, i believe that around 70% of public torrents rely on the demonoid tracker. i mean, look at this, i have three other trackers that are red, i think they have a relation to the demonoid server. WTF!!!!

you know what's supposed to be more appreciated today? the GOOD alternative scene! our techno retro britpop scene!

1. up dharma down
2. orange and lemons
3. radioactive sago

these bands are one of the greatest bands in filipino history but they are horribly underrated compared to the mainstream. also i have the techno compilation of the hottest manila mixers and bands (Local//:E!), they are so freaking awesome

@yonie
what about the other alt bands out there? those bands dedicated to reviving the previous-decade-music who, as we all know, weren't born in that time period? (bloomfields comes to mind)

all i know is, APO and asin, together with sampaguita and freddie aguilar, gave a large (huge even) contribution to the music industry today.

im talking about the current scene, these bands are not give the praise they so rightly deserves, hidden in the shadows of corporate majors, even orange and lemons, even if they're supported by the majors their music is not that widely aired.

orange and lemons' appeal had been greatly eclipsed by emo bands. that's for sure.

though it's nice to have parokya ni edgar still having a huge chunk of mainstream...

honestly i believe they've been forced by the majors to say that lie. i mean, look, its a very popular song, if they tell everybody its a copied note, things could get bad. its a major company strategy i think. orange and lemons is a great band, most of their songs are great compositions. i've been following them ever since i heard their first single, just like a splendid love song
