I resent that! although I am sloooow at some jokes I happen to have been born to um... host, i guess. But maybe you're just a different kind of geek, yonie. Someone they can't relate to.
in my case, what I can't stand is a girl who can't stop talking about cosmetics, about their crushes, about their boyfriends and such. I want to talk to a girl who's smart and hot (never without the HOTNESS).
But I'll be studying a second degree!
What degree are you getting? I've plans as well myself, but I time and money is such a huge factor.
Being like this, the goddess is still undecided on what to tread in the path of life?

yonie, did you have your OJT? sometimes you can apply to be a regular...
I think he mentioned it earlier on this thread (or back in V8) that OJT was removed from their currculum.
YONIE, your projects and programs are more than enough experience to show in a resume. If they won;t believe it, give the script of your program.
i remembered our EIC in our college journal. He created an LAN Based VB program to facilitate a quiz contest that we host every year. When he applied for a job in Procter and Gamble, he presented his program and his script...Boom! He got a job as Systems Analyst. Now I think he's in the upper echelons of P&G. He's been back and forth from Singapore to China to Hong Kong.

If you're not jumping for joy, I'll do it for you
Thanks for the Jumping Turtle of Ecstacy! Now I feel like jumping too
Anyway, we borowed a Wii from a colleague of my brothers! ASTEEEG!!!! The graphics aint that great! but the interactive gameplay makes up for the fun which its other competitors feature.
there's this tennis game and boxing game where you really have to punch and swing a racket to control the players.
but of course you can just wave the controller and it'll move but then that';ll defeat the purpose of the game being interactive and all.
I'm too talkative today!
