With one rumle ball he had 4 additional forms: guard point, jumping point, horn point and Arm point.Before timeskip: Chopper has to use 1 rumble ball to normal transform & 3 for monster point
After timeskip: Chopper has to use 0 rumble ball to normal transform & 1 for monster point

IIRC Oda said in an SBS that Chopper ate candy and not a rumble ball.Since, unlike other mangas, One Piece doesn't have too many errors in the storyline, it shouldn't be hard to list all flaws.

Moriah's zombies: during the battle in Marineford, Moriah took the shadows of several marines to place in buried zombies. However the marines whose shadows were taken didn't die in the sunlight as expected. Plus it was early estabilished that his devil fruit doesn't create zombies, but these bodies are made by Hogback, while they were standing on the sea frozen by Aokiji (also the salt in the water would purify the zombies).
Chopper rumble ball: In chapter 605 Chopper ate a rumble ball to transform in guard point. However it was later estabilished that he doesn't require a rumble ball anymore to transform, except for monster point.
That is hardly a plothole. Ocean water usually has around 3,5% salt and sea ice less than 10% of that (around 0,3% salt), which is not part of the crystalline structure of the ice, but trapped inside of the ice. We saw with Oars, that the amount of ice plays a role... and the zombies are standing on the ice (probably/hopefully with shoes, otherwise the skin of their feet would probably stick to the ice) and aren't ingesting it...

Admirals should fullfill their duty's. Besides Aokoji who wasn't really eager to kill Luffy cause of Garp I don't understand why Kizaru didn't do it when he had more than one chance doing it. I mean kill Luffy and the war would be as good as over. Anyone else besides Luffy who would have made it to the scaffold would have been trashed by Garp. And they said that Luffy isn't allowed to leave the war alive. It seems like the only Admiral who was fullfilling his duty at that time was Akainu.
And whole paragraph only to come up with the answer yourself... Kizaru has never show to act differently since his first introduction. He certainly can act lethal, but often does not look for the killing strike.
Shakky said all roads from paradise leads to shabondy before branching out again into the New world. I don't think they were all going there to coat, its just like a checkpoint sort of. Everyone has to pass through there to get into the New world. Also I believe the depths of fishman island were more than a submarine could take. IIRC Franky and Nami mentioned this while they were trying to figure out how to get to fishman before they met the mermaid chick (can't remember her name).The Supernovas gathered in Shabondy to coat their ships so they could go to Fishman Island.

Did they abadon it? I don't think so. IIRC, Leo was gonna do it, then robin stopped him because she said Trebol's accuracy in shooting down a fly, then she got trebol away while the dwarves tried to force sugar to eat it. Sugar turned some of then into toys, they fought each other, trebol got back and Knocked them out. Robin intervened and tried to hold sugar down with fleur while Leo was to put the grape in her mouth. Sugar changed robin as well, then trebol beat them up again. Usopp ran away, came back, got his ass kicked by trebol and sugar (having picked up the grape) fed it to him outta spite, then he screamed (because of the grape) and she fainted.
They abandoned it.
