Caeser already did and that's why Vergo was there. Caeser also gave Law's heart to Vergo. Vergo being there means DD already knew what was happening. So Monet did not need to report. Maybe DD was waiting for what Law will do, Dolfamingo knew that Law won't make a move on his own since Law will not win. Law also knew that and that's why he was waiting for someone like luffy to come.

Idk thought of thinks that made no sense... it makes no sense how HE a normal HUMAN can produce fire just like that.
He's a cook, so his ability being related to fire makes sense in that regard. Basically all of his attacks have a cooking theme in French.
I think we all get the symbolism behind his attacks... but again he's a normal human, he doesn't have a DF or anything like magic that can do that... I mean... whatever.
I don't know, it makes just as much sense as a normal human being capable of throwing cannon balls like baseballs, or normal human being capable of bisecting an entire ship with a sword, or normal human swimming from one ocean to another, showing no evidence of hypothermia afterwards and finding to time to beat up a giant sea monster while on the way.
Lol it isn't a plot hole though. eefrit has mentioned similar examples. You have others like mihawk sitting down to alter the course of bullets with a sword, or the fact that Zoro can even fight with the sword in his mouth and still has his teeth intact. Or 'kicking' the air to fly. You simply just can't try to rationalize things in OP world using standards of the real world. Sure some things may seem a bit more ridiculous than others but well, it's a weird world.

It's not magical. Scientists create rooms where they can control what is happening, I am talking about atomic level. They do experiments and other stuff and they have total control over that room. They can create a Vaccuum room, so if u put a object in there it will float because there is no gravity. If there is another mass in that vaccuum both of the masses can attract to each other so they can even move. So it's not magical since it's possible in this world.

Yes electrons does not listen to one at all but if u create a isolated room and do stuff to it then u can control where it goes. Like I said before, Law has absolute control over everything in his room so he can direct the electrons not with his mind but with something else that allows electrons move to a specific path. If he could control electrons with his mind as you said then he could do countershock over and over again with no difficulties.
