Psychic Academy is a pretty decent completed manga that I've read and I've searched this forum and there aren't any download links so I think i'll post some .

Basically it's about this guy who finds out he has powers and goes to this school where everyone does and the plot thickens. This manga includes some ecchi,romance,comedy and action.

Hey, I read this manga! I enjoyed it. Not really sure if this is a shounen manga, but it has been licensed by TokyoPop I think, so it can't go too far out of the realms of shounen. I recommend this if you like magic and fantasy and action and stuff like that.
