The first week of January (the 8th) in the TV show Jump Bang, Psyren will finally get a Vomic =). Finally we will hear the voice of Ageha and Amamiya. This information appears in first page of chapter 101.

Damn! I was going to post the vomic . The quality of the colouring didn't seem as good as some of the other vomics, but then again Psyren doesn't sell nearly as well as Bakuman and Toriko. Nemesis Q's voice was awesome though!

As an information for those who don't check the jump ToC thread. Psyren is getting a lead colour in issue #08 (which is one after upcoming issue). The cover is undetermined. Issue #07 kuroko has a lead colour but reborn has the cover.

Let's hope psyren gets cover and lead colour for its anniversary

Actually, its anniversary was in issue #01, that is, more than a month ago, but in WSJ no manga celebrates its anniversary on the right issue, probably because the new manga always start at the same times in the year, and the new manga get the color pages... But anyway, it's not like they forgot Psyren's anniversary and decided to set a random date

While cover chance is low (no matter circumstances Kuroko would had a much larger chance of cover than Psyren and dson't get it.) fans can always hope....

But anyway, it's not like they forgot Psyren's anniversary and decided to set a random date

Suddenly remember how after 30 years, the Anniversary dates of Kochikame (typo) got shifted away almost half year for Shueisha's convinience.

Sounds funny to me that now Anedoki, the only Moe/Ecchi manga of jump gets booted, the only possible contender to do this in Jump, Medaka, suddenly got Colour promotion. I won't be surprised if their enemies rip Medaka's clothes off in 2 week's time. O_O;

?? You mean Monochrome of sorts?
The 2 examples I remembered doing almost black and white (Gintama) and Lineart-only (Death note) are very big names that gets their colour chances like every month. From the first year anniversary examples at Call 55 (38+ weeks after Call 17's) Sensei drew the Elmore Wood children in the most vivid colouring possible. He always do colour to his fullest....... and occasionally overdo ^_^;;... when he finally gets a colour page.

THat's second last at call 78 - Call 89 has Ageha & Amamiya at a adandoned setting of Water / Oil tank tower. Amamiya in red skirt.

The colouring seemed a bit weak in the last two CPs. Vivid colours tend to look better, such as the popularity poll CP.

I finally finished catching up to Pysren. Are you happy Wowzers and Koen? ^_~

The first 3 volumes were okay but the words per chapter was so great it seemed to take forever. I've noticed that as time progressed the chapters were more focused on art rather than story which was a nice trade-off. I don't think I have even read a time travel manga that has such a strong grasp of the plot. The mangaka is doing a great job, you have to have a long outlook into the future of the series in order to make a series such a Psyren to work. With longer arcs between the 2 time frames growing, I believe the series will become more interesting.

Great aki,

Yeah, the art can be really good. He can draw with very nice details which you don't come across very fast in other wsj series. I consider his art skills better than his story-writing. Well, story-writing isn't the exact word either. The story psyren is very great but if there's one thing I lack in psyren then it's (deep) dialogues which give a certain development

One announcement regarding 2ch spoilers that "may" come today -

2ch is under cyber attack from South Korea right now, and there is server overload and black out to various parts of 2ch (I can't view the weekly Shonen Manga section at all right now)

People from other countries may be able to assess it.... or not. In which case the spoilers will all be delayed. Because not everyone is accessible..... if you can access there please just paste the spoilers and let the MH people here see if it is true.

Unconfirmed stuff:

Japan 2ch Readers commented that in Bakuman, Psyren actually is still in Shonen Jump weekly as of their storytime, 2012.

Bakuman have a lot of reference to the important mangas like One Piece and Naruto but to think they have Psyren (not cancelled) reference..... I wonder if Obata have info / positive thinks taht Psyren is no cancellation material...
