I've only played like 2 Fate games, or are you talking about Visual Novels here? xD Can't say I'm playing anything atm, but some games I really like are Mafia (the third one seems bad though, worse than the second even), Mass Effect, Deus Ex, Gothic, Dead Space, Hitman... just to give you a few examples.

If you're a fate fan you should
Can't really recommend something I've not played before, but from various impressions and information I got it's quite a fun game I would love to play. Sadly it only has small chunks here and there translated, so I won't bother for now. The second to last chapter will be released in December I believe, so maybe once all the content's out there we can hope/pray for a localization of sorts (not that I think it's likely, but yeah).

For now I will make do with Fate/Extella, which actually gets an english release early next year
