Discussion Re-write the Alvarez Arc

I did consider that option, but that would cause a large amount of chapters to be donright axed from the rewrite, not to mention that Anna is rather fundamental in Acno's defeat. She's still far more useful than in the original though, she might be a bit out of nowhere, but she does help out

Can't help that, the folloing scenes don't contain Gray at all, so it'd be rather impossible to involve him in them. He's already done more than enough I'd wager

So, is the Mavis and Zeref death scene from the original work is deleted in the rewrite, for sure?

You know, for Natsu fight in ch. 31 you could have taken panels from his fight with Master Zero or Mard Geer or any opponent. Maybe you did. Anyway thanks god. NO BASE NATSU.

Haven't shared my thoughts on these rewrites yet, but all I can say is that I literally could not bring myself to read more than a couple of chapters of this because the sheer difference in quality compared to the original was triggering me too badly. So keep up the great work, even though I won't be reading any more of these.

I think you're underestimating e.n.d. : P . I don't think Zeref could even react rapidly enough to jump into the gate

It's present, but it's heavily altered, to the point that it's completely different. All I can say is that currently Mavis is dead, same as Natsu.

Keep in mind this is e.n.d., not Natsu (Natsu is dead). The reason why I need that panel of Natsu destroying the guild is because of e.n.d. doing the same. But don't worry, I'm confident the battle came out amazingly

And yeah, you probably won't see base Natsu for the rest of the rewrite, so no worries about that!

great re write but I think jellal should have a get go at zeref dude's whole obsession over zeref was his driving force.
something like zeref vs df natsu, jellel and gray with zeref beating them in a big fight not some fist fight.

and end should be villain for some chapters how about both alvarez and ishgar is its enemy and they both fight each other.
and end actually kills someone from both sides like gildarts and dimaria. this could actually work as big development unlike that seed bs'
anyways appreciate your hardwork it takes a lot of effort form u so keep it up bro.

Anti hero works as well as long as his personality is changed and he becomes little more intensed and less nakama this nakama that.
Thats my 50 cents anyways this is great to read.

Nice work with the rewrite there. I liked the bit about lucy writing the book of natsu, that made a fair bit more sense than what we actually saw lol. Why include lacarde and not august at the end though? He was dead by that point and also the actual child of mavis and zeref. There was another bit which I found odd a few chapters ago but I can't for the life of me remember....

I am a big anti hero mark whether fiction or real world.
I am not viewing end as nakama focused more like self entered bastard. It would be a complete 180 change for natsu's personality'
Can you imagine natsu saying from 'I won''t let anyone hurt my friends' to 'I dont give a ratsass about them end has no friends' .
That would be so cool.
