Theres hundreds of Hax characters everywhere, Reinhard is just one of them. They are characters meant to break their own universe laws.

No? Scaling is dumb but overall it's linear. It wasn't a fan that sad beerus and goku were splitting the universe, it's the source material. It wasn't a fan that said Freezer was faster than thr speed of light, it was the source material. It won't fuck something so important. If universe destruction was real then they would have shown it at least. But as said if Reinhard was really universal there would have yo be at least a few star or galaxy level characters in the series but there are none

Ive read the latest DB chapter and Vegeta's hakai barely destroys a small rock or a log. Its still not the perfected Beerus version, no? Or we talking about the full powered hakai?
From my understanding, even if godly authorities can bypass Rein's blessings, the biggest problem is still his damn sword, which bypasses authority powers. As long as Rein has it, god powers should not work on him. Thats how i understood Rein's character
