From the water, bullets at the speed of light--- Coming from a blind spot to bore into the enemy!!
Underwater, a mass of water is produced, a jutsu that gives the enemy physical damage. It's killing and wounding power is reinforced by the fact that the compressed water is revolving.
It is able to be used anywhere in a 360 degree angle, in a water battle it is used jointly with other jutsu to create a disturbance amongst other things, it is a jutsu that is widely used.
CAPTION: With 'water fang bullet' an attack to the feet is set up, a warning is given to the partner to distract a person's
attention, using a set order the effectiveness of this strategy is great.
