That is Bulgarian(native). Most of the stuff you got right, but it is definitely not Russian.
I also know exactly which forum that was copied from since i am a regular user there!

Връзки->Links
Искаме->Requests

Thats how the forum admin decided to name the forums, but in reality Искаме means 'Want' and Връзки means 'Connections' and maybe other meanings as well

Thank you tell me that's Bulgarian language

Last time i forgot that referenced link which people want, but i found it now
http://forum.animes-bg.com/ so i mistook that site as in Russia

I installed Russian package into my Lingoes dictionary, but it can't read many Bulgarian words in the site...

It's not Bulgarian or Russian, but a mixture of both.:)

I don't know bulgarian either, but I can see that there are some words and frases from my language.:) So the others are from the bulgarian. Though I can understand a bit of this bulgarian words and frases.

How do you know it's not their language but a mix.

I also see the similarities in clearly not Russian words (Искаме - Поиск), however it most likely just their word for it not being a mix. Correct me if I got you wrong.

I can show.:)

Общие дискусии (Anime) - General Discussions
This is in russian

Искаме (Anime) - same here. Spelling: Iskame
This is in bulgarian, though in russian it would be:
Поиск (Anime) - Search
This is clearly in russian:
Азиатскaя музыка и кино - Asian music and movie
I'll go with guess that this is in russian but with wrong spellin:
Личние проблемы - Privat Problems/Discussions
In fact it is:
Личные проблемы - Privat Problems/Discussions
Киномания и Музикален свят - Movies and Music/ian section (again)
This is in bulgarian.

I also see the similarities in clearly not Russian words (Искаме - Поиск), however it most likely just their word for it not being a mix. Correct me if I got you wrong.
In your example the second word is in russian. Though the first is in other language.

So it is something like this.:)

It seems to me you were not following the discussion from the very start. The quotes you came up with are the corrected words (or let's just say 'written in Russian' by me) of the original texts, which are these:

Общи дискусии (Anime)
Фенскусии (Anime)
Връзки (Anime)
Искаме (Anime)
Субтитри (Anime)
Азиатска музика и кино
Азиатска музика (връзки/дискусии)
Азиатско кино (връзки/дискусии)
Култура, традиции, легенди и др
В търсене на Пътя
Разни
Новини - По света и у нас
Лични проблеми
Киномания и Музикален свят
Забавления
На лафче
Архиви
As you can see non of these words is written in the Russian language (different grammar), so it is not a mix of Bulgarian and Russian, I might have made it a mix, because I mistook it as Russian and corrected/translated the words (didn't recognize that Личные проблемы was actually not correct written too).

Hope this'll clear up some things for you know.

Yes.:) Now I understand.:)

I can help with translating something, but not everything that remains:
Киномания и Музикален свят - Movies and Music/ian section (again)
Кино и музыка - Movies and Music/ian section
Фенскусии (Anime) - Fancussion (?) obviously Discussions about fanstuff
Фан-клуб/Фан сектор - Discussions about fanstuff
Искаме (Anime) - same here. Spelling: Iskame
Поиск (Anime) - Search
Забавления - entertainment/ fun section
Развлечения - entertainment
На лафче
- In fact I don't know want it means, because I don't have context, but I can assume that in russian it will be на лавке which in english means on the bench.

на лавке sounds good to me tbh, would be some sort of flirt section, as I've already assumed

Edit: Errr.. or actually not. The subtitle of this section is 'Всичко, което не влиза в другите раздели...' which would be something like 'others'. However google page translation calls it just 'chat'.

It can be also assumed as chat.:) I can't say cause I don't have a context.

Всичко, което не влиза в другите раздели...
In russian it would be:
Всё, что не влезает в другие разделы
Yeah, I agree with a translation:
which would be something like 'others'.
