It pains me to say this, but that's certainly true. I guess I'm still affected by all the hype surrounding Qrow. Since I watched the first 5 volumes in one go, it didn't feel like much time passed by, hence the hype barely wore off.

Now that I have to wait a freaking week for a new episode, all the bad character developments weigh heavier than usual. I still like him though, but seriously wish that they portray him better. He is funny and all (they can keep his drinking habits for comedy moments for all I care), but an adult of this supposed caliber should get his shit together and take the initiative. He doesn't contribute at all. He feels like a corpse which is dragged along. That's actually a death penalty in terms of characterization. That's why I said they should scratch him off if they don't have any proper plans with him.
