Is this that famous Ayers Rock?

The coulds and the sunlight are just I am familiar with the island and its vegetation. It is like that island I saw on NatGeo Wild (program name: Natural Born Monsters). Iirc it's close to Tasmania and habitat for tigersnakes.

Yes that is Uluru (or Ayers Rock if you prefer. I use the native name out of respect to some of my own heritage). A little bit of a cliche shot but I was in the area at the time for a university tour thingy so i stopped at the resort and went over there the next morning.

This was taken a little East of Port Augusta on the way back to Melbourne. I was riding a bike and then I saw this. I was a little overwhelmed honestly.
