. Gaku, I love you but you seem to have a death wish. Always facing opponents that are too much for him. I wonder what's going to happen. Support from Uzuki? Sakamoto and Nagumo don't have any reason to go 3 VS 1, they can just escape.

I don't remember this part but it feels like something they dumped on him because no one wanted to deal with him. Nagumo said that Gaku reminds him of Sakamoto but even the original wasn't doing well.Didn't think Sakamoto would be put on the back foot to this extent. Takamura is crazy, lol.
I wonder what Gaku is going to bring forth. The series pretty much set up this confrontation a while back when Gaku asked who would fight him and Uzuki and Kashima basically put the task on him. So I assume he's going to do decently. Given that Nagumo compared him and a young Sakamoto, I can see those two teaming up so we can potentially get Sakamoto's thoughts on Gaku's skills.

I can't tell if he is still able to mind read.I'm a bit perplexed by Shin's trajectory. Some moments he's doing well against Order level opponents, the next he's waffling about like a newbie still. He was going toe to toe with Fat Sakamoto for a decent period before and his intercepting Haruma's javelin implied he was, at least, somewhat, competent enough to deal with an Order level opponent for a bit. Not only that, but the whole Aikido thing he learned from Satoda fell to wayside as well. He's a bit scatter shot right now.
Hopefully Kindaka teaching him brings everything together and it isn't just another new thing that he'll drop later on.
I think he can as it looks like he sensed Kindaka charging at them initially, but during that scuffle, he didn't read his mind to sense that he'd dodge or attack. Like, that was one of the main benefits of his mind reading. He'd be slower than most opponents, but he'd be able to read their minds to keep up. However, in this case, since Heisuke's previous fight with Kamihate introduced his own sort of intution, the two of them are now overlapping and it feels like Shin's mind reading took a backseat for Heisuke's sake.I can't tell if he is still able to mind read.
Is that guy really supposed to be stronger than Sakamoto as he is, right now? Not very convincing IMO.
It's nice that they revealed that he has been making errors recently though.
