Amane hasn't played in ages and Hirakoba was better than even before the Nationals were over, so I'm going with a bagel for Hirakoba.

Bagel for Rin. Amane is just weak and Hirakoba is miles ahead.

The only way Hirakoba can lose if he uses Giant Habu for no apparent reason and use up all his energy like he did against Fuji.

IIRC, if Hirakoba had just used Giant Habu against Kawamura the next serve, they would have won...

He doesn't even need to use Giant Habu. Kawamura can't hit the regular Habu. The reason why Kawamura hit the Habu back was because Hirakoba used up all his energy for the Giant Habu and in his weakened state, even the regular Habu is weakened to the point Kawamura can hit it. He'd be one of the few people to actually beat Fuji in any non gimmick situation if he didn't suddenly become crazy and used up all his energy in a triple match point situation.

Nah, Hirakoba got cocky and wanted to end the match by using his a special shot that he perfect himself without Kite.
And it was fitting opponents since it was against Fuji.

But he didn't think Fuji would evolve in the match. Unfortunately for Hirakoba, he is in the manga and not reading it lol. This means he and the rest of the other characters have no idea that Seigaku characters are wrapped in Plot Armour.

Even if Fuji used TnK, Black Aura, and 10 ball at the same time Hirakoba would've won that match 10 out of 10 times if he had a brain.

It's not like people don't know Fuji had a reputation of being crazily good. It was triple match point (40-0) and Kawamura cannot return even regular Habu. Fuji, on the other hand, can clearly return regular Habu (not necessarily well, but he can definitely return it). Given POT still has to observe tennis rules, Fuji cannot return for Kawamura no matter what so the game was going to be over in 2 points anyway.

If the score was 40-30 and Hirakoba decided that a drawn out fight is risky (he was clearly getting tired) so he had to risk it all that'd have at least made sense.
