Umm It is Akutabi Gamma from Zombie Powder /At least I think it is Him, butIt wuz a flashback scene so I'm not certain/

This one is certanly Gamma Lookin' hot in this cover And a bit familiar to Grimmjow from bleach.. well at least we know his origins XD
