Although we had guys on here claim Rai is all down to Sanada's speed, any Steps in the series don't contribute to the players Speed stat.
Nice there haha. But Ohmagari's speed stat says:
Speed - 5: From the net, the movements of Nitouryuu are completely those of a sword dance. The secret behind such elegant movements is in the martial arts based footwork.
If Nitouryuu's foot work is included in his speed stat, why can't Shukuchihou and Carioca Step be in Tanishi's ?
So doesn't seem to be counted.Sai: shukuchihou and carioca step aren't mentioned in [Tanishi's] speed description

Stats:
Speed - ?: There is nothing to criticize, but his movements for covering the left and right sides seem just a bit delayed. He may want to consider strengthening his explosiveness.
Power - ?: He's the kind of power player that trains by lifting boulders. However, the power of his Kijin that has been asleep for so long is immeasurable.
Stamina - ?: He possesses an inexhaustible supply of stamina that even allows him to have great power and speed in the match's end stage. This is the result of steady and honest training.
Mental - ?: He's the type to raise his mentality when driven into adversity. The advent of the Kijin is proof of having sharpened his concentration powers to their utmost limits.
Technique - ?: He doesn't just have power, but also excels in the technical side of the game. If he wants to improve more, it will be essential to refine his accuracy further.
Kurobe Memo:
In his match against Tooyama, he showed a lively and vivid play almost mimicking the the simple and naive boy he was playing against. He will from time to time make calls over to the children of Poka Poka Yokochou. There is no doubt that they are the source of his vitality.
Where did you get these stats from? Did you predict them?Byoudouin
Speed: 3.5, Power: 5.5, Stamina: 6, Mental: 7, Technique: 8 [Total: 30]
Ryoga
Speed: 6, Power: 5, Stamina: 5, Mental: 6, Technique: 7 [Total: 29]
Oni
Speed: 5, Power: 7, Stamina: 6, Mental: 6, Technique: 4 [Total: 28 (Area value is the same as Tanegashima's]
Yeah, just based on them on the descriptions.Where did you get these stats from? Did you predict them?
I was thinking Duke 27 -> Tanegashima 28 -> Oni -> 29 Byoudouin -> 30Then if we go backwards from Tanegashima's 28 (which equals AnS!Oni maybe?), we get to 21.5 for regular Oni. Which then results in a 22.5 -> 22 -> 21.5 sequence for Tokugawa, Irie and Oni.
Thoughts?
Absolutely.do you think Power and Mental are more important than the other stats?
But it was that Tanegashima could never lose to Oni it wasn't that they were necessarily 100% equal. If we're working with the statement that Oni = Tanegashima (some form of Oni anyways), I don't see how Oni can have 29.
Its very possible that the stats are inaccurate. I think the description mentioned that it seemed unfathomable that he lasted that long against Atobe with such poor stamina. The best comparison might be Irie's stamina - it's low but for some unknown reason not a significant issue.
You'd think they would've just updated the stat in that case. It's not like they didn't do so with Atobe, Shiraishi etc.Its very possible that the stats are inaccurate. I think the description mentioned that it seemed unfathomable that he lasted that long against Atobe with such poor stamina.
Maybe his stamina is actually 3 or 4 and his strength 2 or 3. Would not surprise me at all.
