Germa 66 are nazi powerrangers and Sanji absolutely detests them, as well as their business, warfare.

These guys are evil. Even Reiju acknowledges herself to be. Granted she is the only one with any redeeming qualities.

Them becoming permanent Strawhat allies is thematically off. Nazis are bad people, things associated with Nazis don't get associated with heroes.

Only way this could work is if Judge dies (which technically could have already happened) and Reiju reforms the kingdom.

Its apparent you dont FUNDAMENTALLY understand Germa as a whole.

Their army consists of different types of clone. You only have 5 members leading this group

Reiju
Ichiji
Niki
Yonji


Of those 5, only 2 are not modified completely.

Calling them Nazi like has no bearing on reality. What makes them Nazi like?

And as a group they have done nothing that sets them apart from the former people Luffy has allied with.

How more "into your face" do you need it? As a german i am indoctrinated to recognize nazisymbology quite well and germa66 is nearly as obvious as the first order in the disney star wars trilogy.

But i kinda get that if you like an organization you dont want to see the nazipart at all.

Yeah I am not German and can clearly see it with my eyes closed that the inspiration came from the 3rd Reich...

@Lexusflame the marines may have some of the same agendas but they do not use any nazi symbology like the Germa 66. Interestingly, the Germa also remind me of these very popular Wolfenstein games where they have supersoldiers and modified humans in their Nazi ranks which...is what the Germa 66 are. Just a bunch of modified humans down to their army. In a sense both the Germa clones and followers of the 3rd Reich are mindless people. In One Piece they are mindless in the fact that they will asolutely take orders without question amd in Nazi Germany, they were brainwashed to the core. The Marines looks kind of golden compared to this darkness lol.

That's very common in pop culture. It ties with the crazy (and inhumane) experiments the nazis actually did on Humans.

The marines are the only ones in probably the entire series to have carried out actual genocide though. And they have done that a number of times throughout the past 800 years without giving it much of a thought. Germa are pretty bad but they simply aren't the worst we have seen. The germa are mercenaries using an army that seems largely incapable of suffering with extremely advanced technology in relation to the rest. They are in no shape, form or context less than evil but in terms of sheer human suffering you'd think the WG, who oppress and disappear nations at their whims, the yonko (like kaido who has ravaged the formerly prosperous wano to its core) or linlin (who has an utter inability to give a crap) would be worst. Heck, even doflamingo and crocodile have done worst than what we have seen the germa do.

Germa though are more shown to be based on Sentai Rangers more though especially given their themes as what Oda sees. Just darker version of them out of it. WG actually shown more Nazi-like manners in darkness stuff especially killing whole nations like Robin's and Law's home. Things aren't what it seems on appearance on true evil ever time.
