I believe Sabo is leagues above Jinbei based on the rank he occupied in Dragon's army before even getting his hands on his DF, so I wouldn't underwhelm Burgess too much. He's supposed to be one of the Commanders for a reason.
Nami VS Vasco Shot? (the only ones I can’t imagine fighting with anyone’s else, so... why can’t they battle each other? Also, Nami dreams in drawing a world map and Vasco is based on Vasco da Gama and Vasco Nunes, both are explorers, so there’s a little connection)
Ussop VS Van Augur (a long range battle!)
Sanji VS Avalo (kicksXFists? A renegade prince against a corrupt king?)
Chopper VS Doc Q and Stronger (docs fight)
Franky and Sunny VS Sanjuan (MechaFranky VS a super Kaiju?)
Robin VS Catarina (I don’t know why, but I always imagine a fight between the two)
Brook VS Laffitte (their fighting style seems similar)
Jimbe VS Jesus (they seems like a good match)
I don’t see why the BB crew need to have a fishman. For me the machtups are all made. And yes, BB crew seams to be stronger than the SH crew, but you know, if Luffy became the PK and his crew don’t prove to be the strongest crew... I mean, I really want that fight. For a very long time. If Oda puts the captains of the Grand Fleet to fight or other allies... It’s just bad. I don’t want this

Seems more likely to be this case or at least main force fights above though given reasons behind them. Aokiji won't be involve given he could be spy like Drake, so thinking there be new member to join rather him truly joining their side.

You are literally the only one who thinks Zoro doesn't fight Shiryu...it's an obvious matchup. I don't see Sanji in that fight at all. Yes, they can both be invisible...but who wants a fight with two people who can't be seen???

Sword excuse is not variable anymore. Not always that predictable who he fights. He fought more non-weapon users than actual ones. Don't want boring fight in Zoro trying to find someone again like Pica. Sanji vs Shiryu has the potential more especially many traits been stated and shown on them. Not just invisibility alone. Sanji not going fave anyone of mid-tier of BB's crew either.
Who say whole fight won't be seen? Oda has way to make fight visible to the audience and they won't be 24/7 in that state either. Not only one who wants the fight, dude. You should know possible of these matchup especially Sanji vs Shiryu.

When he first joined the Marines, his justice was something like "fervent justice" or something, he was a very active Marine. Then he killed his friend, Saul, and troubled by it, became "lazy". As a consequence of his actions regarding Enies Lobby, he seems to have realized that he is the one that did something wrong so the next step would be finding out for what he actually killed his friend. Blackbeard has an interest in "Archaelogy", and Kuzan couldn't have joined the Strawhats anyways considering what he did to Robin.
I don't think Kuzan is a Sword agent, it doesn't make any sense at all for him to still work for the Marines. He just lost an 11 days long fight about their leadership, they fought like as if the world depended on the outcome and gruesomely mutilated each other. Doesn't sound right to just take another job and move on after something like that.
No, Kuzan is likely on a personal agenda and that way it makes sense that he talks again with Robin.
To be honest though, I think Kuzan is a tool. His purpose is to loose against Blackbeard, so Oda can establish Blackbeard having surpassed the other characters of his tier.

He has drill like cases on his lower arms, he attacked Whitebeard with his hands which couldn't be seen and unlike the other escapees he wore normal clothing, implying he is not from a Level 6 cell but much more likely hid in 5.5, but how did ge get there if he weren't with the Newkama?. And Drills seem like really good vs a robot.

10. Jinbe vs Wolf I think Wolf is among Blackbeard's strongest followers. Others are dreaming of gigantification, or Elbafian Giants.. or Ancient Giants...
Blackbeard has Wolf.
Where other giants just are a larger target, Wolf is so huge that a Kong Gun becomes a poke.
But there should be a lot of water inside Wolf...
If more Strawhats join, I would honestly put them all in the Wolf battle.

Burgess is a wrestler, he constantly boasts about his strenght and tries to prove it all the time and he looks like a mountain of muscles. That's 100% male stereotypes and the character who opposes that is Sanji, who grew up being bullied by stereotypical man and would be a Shojo hero if he weren't such a pervert.
The Supa Supa no Mi would be a nightmare for Sanji to deal with and it would put him in contrast with Zoro, as in each facing the others preskip nightmare. They would also each have to use the Haki that they aren't specialized in to win such a fight.
Jozu is indeed a good possibility to be killed for his fruit though the difference to Bones is that Jozu doesn't need plot, he is essentially already written out of the story. Bones needs plot, and it is going to be his final plot since we're nearing the end, there certainly won't be a Crocodile & Bones subarc.
Still Jozu ranks quite high on the the list. Kaido's Zoans or other Zoans are uninteresting to rehash and Big Mom's food dfs don't work on other characters, and I think the same applies to Ivankov, Galdino and the Supernova. Blamenco's is useless...
There are also characters that are just unlikely to be killed. Buggy for example or the Grand Fleet members with fruits.
And we have to consider that the potential victims have to be in the New World.
Crocodile, Bones, Jozu, Inazuma, Alvida... Can't think of many.

Unless he's wanting one of those two in particular, I imagine he's eaten a different one by this point.
