Honestly only one facing serious opponents is only Luffy thus far. Zoro never beaten credible foe unlike Sanji, but Sanji doesn't have much ending to his fights. Think Wano be first to have big fight feels for everyone.

Well jeah... thats his fightingstyle. Its like saying Zoro beating up Usopp and Usopp: "that doesnt count i dont had a sword!".

That wasn't a fight as Sanji gave up as he was disgusted, not because he lost. Not gag fight with Usopp vs Zoro.

Page One is defeat. We haven't seen him since and he gotten Cracker treatment.

I think going forward we'll see less and less 1v1 fights with the SHs involved, nothing like we used to have pre-timeskip with Oda dedicating chapters to showcase their fights and progress from arc to arc. The sheer number of characters we now have and especially with what is at stake, unfortunately the "lesser" members of the crew will only gets panels or a few pages here and there.

I hope though Sanji and Zoro get something more, as they are the main fighters of the crew; our monster trio. Neither of them have had challenging fights as Enies Lobby or even Thriller Bark.

I'd also want to see how the other members of the crew have grown since Dressrosa, especially with Nami having Zeus.

No it isn't. @Shasha23 already commented on it above, until stated otherwise, it is inconclusive. We've not seen Page One since, plus he's in a group said to be the strongest outside the All Stars, I doubt he'd be defeated that easily.

Franky, Brook, Chopper. Nami needs some more epic navigation moments, not necessarily in Wano.
