koenosaki, I'm made a mistake too, the name of the angel is Castiel. Azazel is the name of the Yellow Eyes Demon. Sorry about that!

Lol I did make the mistake because I was confused by you I even didn't remember the yellow eyed demon's name. Azael sound angelic, you know Nice you remembered

Yeah Castiel is awesome. I like his attitude a lot. Iirc the more important, and also last introduced one, was Zachariel (I was thinking about him when you were talking about azazel; definitely not about Castiel) ^^

And yeah too, Castiel is so cool, he really have a good side, but Zachariel don't, even an angel can be bad, specially when he tried to erase a city from the map.

Anyway last episode was a nice episode to go off the track before the big final episodes. I really wonder what the prophet saw. I wouldn't be surprised if Castiel will sacrifice himself if it's a necessity

Anyway I do look forward to it and I do wonder what reason God (or at least by mouth of the higher uos) had to give the order to free Sam. I also have a feeling this whole thing might end up in dean's death again (nah maybe it might his oath have another reason: choosing God over his brother)

What an end and what a twist about those angels. God indeed left the building. This season was really great. The dialogues, the philosphy, etc everything was great and the end is so killing me, I can't wait

And it's been kinda clear that Ruby was a manipulative bitch from the middle of this season I guess so daaaamn it was great to see her die. It actually felt good. I'm a bit disappointed in Azazel though, I thought his plan was for something much bigger than the apocalypse but meh. Luckily, in less than a month we'll get to see Lucifer and the traitors get their asses kicked \o/

I think the Trickster is an (arch)angel himself, or possibly "God's Avatar" or something. His powers are bordering on 'insanity', and in an interview, executive producer Sera Gamble hinted at the Trickster's return in the fifth season.

Is it just me or the show is getting more...crack-ish?
I mean it was good and somewhat serious when they had random ghosts, demons and what not...But now God and the archangels?

I wish they'd go back to the basics because this storyline is very ambitious, and the script cannot deliver.

@Kuranzyan- No, the trickster is a creature from ancient Greek mythology. It's explained in detail in one of the episodes that involves it (It's also quite accurate, so don't be blinded by the "oh, but it's just a TV show" stigma).

@nat- It's doing fine, the series is just at that point in it's life where the producers have to make a decision; whether or not they choose the hardcore fan path, or the general public path. The same thing happened with the X-Files.

Well, no other creature I remember that appeared in the series so far has had any sort of ability coming close to those of the Angels except for the Trickster. He manipulates the fabric of reality. That's bloody insane.

On the contrary, I think this new step was kinda needed. I would have been utterly bored if they sticked with the demons, etc... I think the storywriters, producers, etc felt that.

I think that supernatural is doing good at this moment. Some predictable things aside, that's my opinion

Don't forget, angels lie too. That's the feeling they have given to me (and I think that was a message given in last episode too).

Maybe the angels are so in need of God. Maybe they think with lucifer's rising, God would have shown himself. Their plan B is of course Michael whom they need to use now since God doesn't appear

Great episode... I liked this one a lot because it gave you some great things. I definitely like how they work out this destiny against the borthers, in this episode Dean. I hope we'll get to see a similar episode but then with the devil trying to seduce Sam

Supernatural is the best genre show since Buffy and Angel. It has a lot of depth, layers, intelligence, richness, and above all, brilliant storytelling, direction, and acting

Finally I´ve time to watch the new season of Supernatural and it´s awesome!
Man, the episode with the trickter was the funniest epi I ever seen. I still laugh when I remember the scene with the two brothers in the show of: how supernatural would be if there was an audience?, that´s really cracks me up!

Supernatural is one of my favorite shows and it´s just getting better at each season, although I really wanna see Michael and Lucifer fighting, and perhaps God making an appearence and put an end in the war, making paradise on earth!
