God Serena taking part in this fight ensures August has 8 new spells to take down Dragon Eileen.

Yeah, Irene can just enchant all their magics into anyone of them. But I don't see that as needed.

She just can give them significant MP boosts and stat boosts so they dominate the other S12.

Bloodman is honestly not that powerful. His ability isn't passive and he can easily be dispatch by Brandish who can make him and his MCBs pretty much nonexistent.

Neinheart can be deadly in this setting. He stands back and let GS, Brandish and DiMaria mow the other team down. Once they are out, he can use Historia of the dead on them and since he will be buffed by Irene he shouldn't be taxed from it. So they can just insta kill Wall and use MCB cancel to insta kill Bloodman as well lol. Wall will go down in two seconds due to a fusion attack of lightning and another element from GS while he is embiggened to Aldo size.

Irene can also seperate August from his team via bfr from U1. He can't stop it either since she using her staff and the land as an external factor.

Irene just excels more in a team setting than August who is more of a lone wolf type mage. Plus her team is stacked with powerhouses of the S12 lol.

She can't BFR August since Universe One requires prep time and the OP hasn't stated that they get prep time.

She only needed prep to do it on the entire country tho. She can most likely use it on considerably smaller AoE like an island or regular sized country instantly lol. Plus in Dragon form she should be able to do it instantly either way. The prep was also minimal so she can just start it up the beginning of the battle and pull it out when it's done.

Team August wins IMO, not sure of diff. August can copy magic of everyone in team Eileen, except potentially Larcade (if his "desires" are curses). So, everything else that team Eileen does, Augsut copies them and negates.

Those who support Team Eileen here claims that Eileen can buff everyone in team Eileen. This would've been valid, except August can literally do the same as well. He copies Eileen's magic (if he already hasn't copied them yet, i.e at the point of beginning of Alverez arc) and buffs his own teammates as well.

Nobody except dragon Eileen (with pure physicals) and Larcade (if his abilities are curses) has the means to harm August. He carries the team

I disagree. There's no speculation in something we have been directly told by the manga, and I don't see why August wouldn't be able to use time-stop either.

About time-stop: It's the power of a god, of course, but powers of gods are exactly what god slayers use, and any human is able to use them if they learn them. Dimaria is different in that she's borrowing the power rather than having learnt its slayer counterpart, but the power is essentially no different than Orga's or Zancrow, and even Natsu was able to eat and replenish himself from Zancrow's flames.

We know that August can copy slayer powers, because he copied Natsu's, so he can also copy Dimaria.

About Enchantments: Enchantments are the same as any other kind of magic spell; they're just a kind of magic. We know that August doesn't need to learn spells, just see them and copy them, so of course he can enchant things.
