Reading DMS's post in the 314 prediction thread got me thinking...
And then I think, Kakashi is still quite young by ninja standards, he's still developing his own skills as shown by Mangekyou. But how much more can his body take? Especially when Akatsuki are just around the corner and the next confrontation with sasuke. My mind is starting to think this will be too much for our poor badass.
When Kakashi said this is training only Naruto can do, I begin to think that it might not just be the literal 'you are the only one who can stand up to the vigorousness' as an example, but he doesn't have the choice of waiting for someone else to train as he may not have long of his life left.
My prediction? Kakashi's gonna hit the bucket against Itachi, but not before unlocking Naruto's potential and trying to make Sasuke see sense. Talking about how he can finally give Obito back his birthday present, coughing up blood and then noting that it was a lousy present anyway; caused more trouble than good. He'll then tell Sasuke some very powerful words, something reminiscent of the talk he had with Sasuke when he tied him to that tree "I have nobody left now", and he'll say "I'm glad I got to die for the cause of people I can care for".
Your opinions?
Lately i've been warming up to the theory that all this power Uchiha's get comes at a price. In a pure blooded Uchiha this might just be developing a huge ego and becoming disconnected from your feelings and the world. But what about Kakashi? It's been clearly shown that using the sharingan for all this time has had it's side effects. The first instance of which was when he first fought Zabuza, he had to take a serious rest afterwards from using the sharingan. Skip forward 3 years and Kakashi is forced to use Mangekyou; a highly advanced form of sharingan, twice in one day. This is all kinds of body strain being put on Kakashi, to the point where he was in a hospital recovering for quite some time.DarkManSharingan said:And guys...
Yeah, Kakashi was drained from using that last attack, btu don't you think this is a bit too long?
I think something is up with him.. all that intense training, and using the Mangekyou might be killing him...
It would also give more reason for Kakashi to develop this training for Naruto... to go on and save Sasuke in his stead.
But don't worry, we'll see Kakashi fight again... but that fight will probably take his life...
I dunno.. it's just a feeling i have...
