Granted but... individual attractiveness (health) by nation is strongly influenced by food quality, exercise, etc. While longevity and aging may be linked more to morality.

I wish genetiicists resurrecting wooly mammoths and direwolves would get busy bringing back silphium plant life.

Granted!! But by the time they finally succeed in bringing it back to life a few dozens of plants that can replace it are discovered and thus it loses it's ancient value !!

I wish Thanos snapped his fingers causing 50% of earth's human population to migrate to mars which was terraformed similar to earth.

Granted - you write lots of Karyo Ten fanfiction, particularly shipping but also stories with her as the MC, and eventually your frustration is lifted and replaced with love for Karyo Ten. With newfound appreciation you now say "you go girl!" every panel she appears.
