Ibra's work rate sucks, people only remember because of his flashy goals
I was never impressed by him that much... If I really have to pick a striker, it's probably Ronaldo Fenomeno, a perfect mix of power/speed/skill, amazing !
P.S : I didn't put Messi as a striker because he's much more complete and plays multiple positions
In big matches, I rarely feel Ibra's presence. Sometimes, I wonder if he's on the pitch. Perhaps, this is in relation to what you're saying; his low work rate.
Big matches would normally demand a high work rate. Suarez is a much better player than he is for me, and Aguero too. Suarez scored 31 goals in the 2013-2014 EPL season without taking a single penalty. I don't think Ibra scored as much in any of the league he has played even while taking the penalties. Even at Ajax, where both of them were, Suarez in one season, scored 35 goals in Eredivisie. Ibra, during his spell at Ajax never came close to that. On top of that, during their respective spells at Ajax, each of them were practically around the same age.
Suarez rarely gets injured. His main problem is that he gets banned, lol. I still don't understand how he never got a red card while playing for Liverpool. He's like the type of player any manager would want. Ibra lacks consistency, Suarez doesn't. Out of 38 matches in a season, Suarez would perform well in about 34 of them.
@bold. Well, Messi is on another league/planet as compared to other players. He's a genius that you get every half a century.
