Why was he holding back on Thriller Bark then?We have no real demonstration of how strong or fast moria is though so I doubt we can make a vaguely accurate comparison. Only thing that has ever happened is that moria ran into the forest and luffy could not catch him(luffy did not use gear 2 though) and then moria switch places with his shadow. I do want to point out moria did not need allies or minions to take out oz in one hit. I think moria has a lot more to show.
Fact is, that Moria went all the way to beat SH and he lost. He's good at attacking from distance and supporting allies, but on his own, he won't last for long.
You pointed out that Moria didn't need allies or minions to take out Oars Jr.? Don't write nonsense.
Maybe you missed the part where most of the Marine forces were concentrating on Oars, where he was being hit with dozens of cannonballs, where Doflamnigo cut his leg off. He was kneeling down and then Moria, who wasn't even attacked by Oars, stabbed him with his lizard-spear.
You made it sound if it was one on one.
Luffy did show that he was stronger than Crocodile. You're saying that Luffy only won because Crocodile didn't kill him. I'm saying that Luffy was beaten twice, then fought Crocodile the third time with a hole in his torso, got poisoned and still managed to kick and punch the shit out of Crocodile. The only reason luffy got to defeat crocodile was that crocodile did not kill him the first 2 battles. It took 3 battles in order for luffy to get lucky enough to stumble into crocodiles weakness(note that he was lucky enough that crocodile did not make sure he was dead the first 2 battles). If luffy and crocodile fought now, I would think crocodile would have the advantage but that is kind of off-topic.
Was it a fluke against Lucci too?
