I thought Ludoshel took Hendy with him to use him as a shield if needed XD
Considering his own durability and his healing powers, he doesn't need him for this at all.I thought Ludoshel took Hendy with him to use him as a shield if needed XD
Why would he care so much about Dreyfus? He is no threat at all. And Dreyfus has no reason to betray Humans for the Demons. Ludociel even asked Hendrickson if he wanted to go with him after all but the latter refused.Hendrickson is clearly just being used to make sure Dryfus remains loyal. He was possessed and knows how ruthless the goddess are. Hendrickson and Gilthunder are insurance to make sure Dryfus doesn't go to the demons with a deal that if humans turn on the goddess and aid the demons. The demons will leaave Britannia alone.
He does when he's inside the fragile body of Princess Margaret.Considering his own durability and his healing powers, he doesn't need him for this at all.
Why is Margaret's body considered fragile in that situation? Ludociel is in her body and he has his healing powers. Even considered it limits him this much, Hendrickson would not be better. There is no attack Hendrickson can take that he can't.He does when he's inside the fragile body of Princess Margaret.
His magic is probably as strong as his form 3000 years ago, but his durability and physical power should be at the same level as Margaret's unless Flash influences more then his speed.
He's merely possessing Margaret's body. She hasn't trained her body to the same level as he did in his original form, so there should be limitations that Ludoshel faces when trying to use her body. For example, there's no way Margaret could tank Indura like how Ludoshel did, that shouldn't happenWhy is Margaret's body considered fragile in that situation? Ludoshel seems too fond of Margaret (Hendriksen was probably a spare? Like if Margaret's body somehow gets compromised, Ludoshel will take over Hendriksen's.
) he wouldn't discard her unless he absolutely needed to.I know there are implied limitations, but it doesn't matter. I am saying that even as he is now, there is nothing Hendrickson can do better than her in a fight when Ludociel is able to regenerate like that. And Magic does play a role in durability when activated to an extent(we have also seen him stop Zeldris's attack with a barrier). Among all the Archangels Ludociel is the only one who might be able to use his abilities at full power without any kind of transformation considering what he said about Margaret. He's merely possessing Margaret's body. But Ludoshel still has his former speed and healing abilities because they are apart of his magic power.
But even his healing is inferior now considering how a Goddess can proactively heal whilst human contained Goddesses (e.g Elizabeth) have to actively heal themselves, which is a disadvantage considering it takes their attention and effort.
Just because Elizabeth is a Goddess trapped inside a human body does not mean she has the same physical strength that she had in her original past life, the same applies to Ludoshel.
Ludoshel seems too fond of Margaret () he wouldn't discard her unless he absolutely needed to.
Ludo's magic is strong and his healing too, but his body is really weak.He can get oneshot easily by lets say Zeldris if he doesn't somehow protect his body with magic.Since we know Margaret's body is nowhere near Ludociel's body in terms of durabillity.I know there are implied limitations, but it doesn't matter. I doubt she is that fragile with Ludociel inside her but what I am saying is simple. If there is a move which can kill Ludoret in one hit, it can do the same to Hendy so he is not really a good shield.Ludo's magic is strong and his healing too, but his body is really weak.He can get oneshot easily by lets say Zeldris if he doesn't somehow protect his body with magic.Since we know Margaret's body is nowhere near Ludociel's body in terms of durabillity.
Lol what? Tell that Ludoshel and we will talk. After retreading countless chapters, I’m starting to warm up to the Goddesses, well just the Arc Angels tbh
I feel like they’re much better badasses than the Commandments
The only thing annoying is how they rely on the graces opposed to showing off some badass Goddess clan abilities
Remeber Gloxinia and Dolor?Try the find an equivalent to that guy into the Demon Clan, a guy capable to kill civilians..
Still nothing compared to Ludoshel.Remeber Gloxinia and Dolor?
I mean besides the Fairy Or Giant Clan, who's leaders are selected by the Sacred Tree or by a contest of who is the strongest, the other 3 clans (And even other sub-clans such as the vampires) have their leaders selected by right of birth, or in other words the royal family. As far as we know, the SD wasn't looking for a successor, just like the Fairies and Giants. Elizabeth should fit as successor by default as you said(Assuming things work like that in the Goddess clan), but only if the SD were to die/disappear unexpectedly which is impossible, she has not been officially called her successor in the manga. I don't think Mael was chosen as successor because they said nothing about that, but I don't see why marriage would be necessary here, it doesn't look like the SD said "Mael you will be my successor" unlike with Meliodas.
Meliodas, Zeldris and "Estarossa" didn't fight because they were the princes, they never said it mattered to them, they wanted that for their other goals. Mael himself, who thought he was a Demon Prince said it didn't interest him.
The Demon King is obsessed with Meliodas succeeding him to an unhealthy degree, it is not the case for his rival.
Hmmm. I think that doesnt have to do with PL hence demons are suppose to be greatly damaged with light. Like for an instance Sar was surprised Estarossa wasnt greatly damaged by Ely's ark when she had engulfed him with it. Like according to him he should have been severely hurt with it but not even a scratch. And later we knew Estarossa wasnt a demon. So that nullify's Elizabeth's OP'ness. The same thought in releasing Merlin because her superior light contradicts darkness but doesnt relate to power level. She could have 0 PL with enormous light is all Im saying. Although I believe if she utilizes her power very well shed be in the conversation AA level. I mean the logic here is if her power is pharoah horse shes Mr Bean as a jockey with her power. If she doesnt utilize it well it would just be a waste.Ok, I wont get tied too far into this, but Elizabeth's PL was NOT 1900 when she obliterated derrieri's hand. Her power was superior to the Druid Elders when she released Zeldris' curse on Merlin, and they have magic PL far greater than 1900. With her true power, she is not at 1900, I can't believe ppl are still claiming that a 1900 eli could obliterate Derrieri's hand like that. I'm not saying Eli is the "heir" or uber powerful or whatever anymore. I just cant believe that Eli haters deny even the most basic facts. I know the hype and dehype go both ways, but middle ground seems impossible to reach
The thing is we haven't heard zilch from the SD, besides seeing her punishing her daughter, just like the DK punished his "pride and joy" or Ludo's insinuation that mommy is ready to take her back as soon as she changes philosophy, not develops her power cause she's embarrassingly weak. The entire issue with Elizabeth is her mind-frame, she chooses to try and solve conflicts differently from most people from both elite clans, so it's understandable she wouldn't even be considered, when Mael counters Mel as a warrior. But it's also clear that the clan had almost no means of forcing her to change attitude, hence my joke in the earlier post about mommy brainwashing her. For some reason the SD couldn't or wouldn't do that. But went for the same solution as the DK about his monstrously powerful heir.I mean besides the Fairy Or Giant Clan, who's leaders are selected by the Sacred Tree or by a contest of who is the strongest, the other 3 clans (And even other sub-clans such as the vampires) have their leaders selected by right of birth, or in other words the royal family.
If that applies to the Goddess Clan, then that means that only viable successor to the throne is Elizabeth, as she is the only child and subsequent princess of the crown (her mother).
If you look at purely strict power wise, sure Mael deserves the crown more in that aspect since he's more recognised in the world and even has fancy titles like the "Angel of Death" or "Strongest Archangel". But, power isn't the only aspect to being a rightful successor to the throne. Many of us here can agree (and it's shown in the manga) that Zeldris would be a better leader due to having a stronger personality for the crown, eventhough Meliodas is much stronger than him.
I think the whole "only royale can ascend to the throne" does make sense considering how Ludoshel wanted Elizabeth hand in marriage for Mael. Ludoshel obviously doesn't care for love and is more power hungry to complete his dreams of exterminating the demons. Having his brother marry Elizabeth, coincidentally make a him a prince and access to the supremacy (the crown) and in turn gains Ludoshel power.
If Elizabeth doesn't marry or has a sibling, then she is the only choice as a successor to the Supreme Goddess, and considering how the heir to the throne has yet to be announced (even despite Mael's power) and Elizabeth's mother still has some compassion for her, it would make sense if she was the heir but simply refused to be (like Meliodas).
The Demon King has his own reasons for being so desperate to make Meliodas his successor. I mean, the Gods have been implied to be immortal and ever lasting, so do they really need a successor? I don't think so unless they want to step down or have a confirmed plan B if they die. The Demon King has been in purgatory + his regular life for millions and billions of years, it's not surprising he probably wants to step down and have someone succeed him lol.
At the minute I think the successor is Elizabeth due to her royal status, but it's not confirmed yet so I'm half expecting it to be Mael potentially. It's just best to wait and see.
Wut the hell u talking about, Nerobasta is corporal, sure have higher pl than danzel who have around 2800, n yet her arc do nothing to Derrieri,,Hmmm. I think that doesnt have to do with PL hence demons are suppose to be greatly damaged with light. I think I have already pointed out this issue in the last week's discussions! When Kid Mael appeared in those Flashbacks, Elizabeth and Meliodas were already lovers back then, since she mentioned that it was Meliodas who gave the name "Estarossa" to that injured puppy. Thus, the Era of Meliodas as the "Greatest Evil" had ended even before Mael received the Grace of Sunshine ... which rises a serious question about how the balance was maintained before that time! Also, was it confirmed that Mael's rise to the role of AoD and Sunshine holder preceded Meliodas' betrayal?! Because the age difference in the actual memories and the flow of events makes it very iffy, if no-one preceded Mael already as holder of Sunshine in upholding the balance of power with Mel &co then we have an issue about how the DC didn't defeat the GC prior to Mael's rise. I fail to imagine how scaredy cat Ludo would be able to put up with the "vilest" demon in existence.
That would be hilarious, epic and would explain many more things...the lyrics to Perfect Time just got a new level of meaningI think I have already pointed out this issue in the last week's discussions! The most reasonable scenario is probably the following: The grace of Sunshine had an original host who preceded Mael's rise. Elizabeth is the SD's daughter, so I believe that before she started her lovey dovey story with Meliodas, she was the first holder of Sunshine, and she would eventually lose it for her disobedience. It is natural for the SD's daughter to receive the most powerful Grace in order to maintain the balance with the DK's infamous son Meliodas. Even her wings seem a lot bigger when she first met Meliodas (look at the second pair) ... I think it's probably due to the power boost of Sunshine:

Ugh, now I'm looking around waiting for a certain user to jump in with his favourite excuse( "drawing mistake"
